Waited an entire hour before we even got food. We were told they were short on staff which is understandable. But we wanted the "all you can eat" deal. But no one was around to take our order and they kept pushing for us to order using the QR code. Except there was no option for the all you can eat deal on the QR order option. And even after we finally got to place an order, it was damn near another 25 minutes before we even got our food. Awful experience.
Out and about today and decided to check out the BW3 at Cherry Bottom. It’s seat yourself here which is great. Was greeted right away by Malinda my waitress. SUPER personality, the whole visit she was definitely all about service and making sure I had a great experience. Also was welcomed by one of the other wait staff, I believe his name was Melvin. Ordered the honey BBQ wings, onion rings and carrots/celery. Everything came out in a timely manner. The Asst Manager/Casey came by to check on me. On to the food, wings were fresh and sauced well. Onion rings were cooked perfectly and definitely in new oil by their color. Loved the celery/carrots with Ranch dressing. Definitely breaks up the meal well. This was definitely a great visit and the staff was outstanding.
I did not like the food this time , I orde my wings and they were hard and I wasn’t able to eat them literally… and I reordered them again and same thing … so this time I have to say I was very disappointed with my food , and I ended up paying close to $90 … very disappointed ????
The boneless wings were to well cooked, sauces were too thick, kind of hard to eat almost. The mozzarella sticks were not fully cooked. The nachos were pretty good, the fried pickles were really good, the burger and wraps were really good. Fried onions were really good, the bar tender can make a good drink. The last thing is all the food came out at different times. Which I would assume as it's done it goes out. Instead of as an entire order. Not sure why they do that.
Let me tell you about this place lol their food is not all that good and the tables are always dirty! Yesterday I had a horrible situation occur and needed to use a phone due to mines not working. When I tell you they treated me like I was nothing no empathy no nothing! The manager didn't come over to tell me no but the worker with no manners did. I have spent a lot of money including tips on bad service and food there! They are not obligated to help me but after yesterday I wouldn’t order from them if god himself said “ order from here or the world will end”. Well bye bye world because im cool on a company with service and workers with no customer service or empathy period!
I have always loved bdubs. This particular location has been a family favorite since it opened. The past two times i have taken out of town friends to this location, the service has been incredibly poor. Everyone is very nice, that isn’t the problem. I waited nearly an hour for my beer, everyone else had a few rounds by the time i got my first and only one. We were celebrating the 21st birthday of one of our boys and the one celebratory shot we got for all 6 of us came out 20 minutes apart from the first 3 that were delivered. Food was delivered at different times and some of it never came. The next time my friends come to town, we’re going to Harry Buffalo. Sorry bdubs.
Went to watch the Chiefs game, not broadcast in my home tv provider. Nice crowd, immediate seating in a booth by a window, WHERE IT WAS FREEZING! We ordered wings and salads with drinks, which were as good as expected. Young lady serving did a nice job.
Food was disgusting. DoorDashed bird dogs because we thought it was a new restaurant, to find out it was Bdubs. The sandwich’s had hardly any chicken, the fry’s were stale and the tator tots were burnt to the cardboard.
Managers are incoherent, and did not want to help. They were rude when I called and asked why the food was like this. Pictures speak for them selves.
We had to throw away $40 worth of food.
