It doesn't seem like they ever can get it together. One time the service will be five star and the wait staff will be excellent. Next trip it's a horror story. I guess it's a 50-50 shot at getting quality service. The last time I was there I got the wrong order then the wait staff argued with me and told me that was what I ordered. Haven't been back since.
Its pretty good if you come to just chill. The Burgers are Calorie Bombs eich i was looking for. Flavors are pretty good too :)) and the the Staff is super friendly
I definitely recommend this place. The food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. The only issue I had was getting overcharged for my meal but my waitress was quick too correct for me.
Went to eat Dinner ordered the new Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries. When delivered the Burger was great but just a few fries on the plate when I asked I was told that they are portioned and that is all I can have. My wife's plate had more and several other customers received more. My portion was less than a small fry at McDonald's.
Pretty slow on the service. I know my wings had been sitting up there getting cold.. well.. because they were Cold. Waitress was polite enough but not proficient and lost out on tip money because she took it upon herself to keep the change amount and returned only the bills owed for change on a cash payment. If it had been me and not my girlfriend leaving tip she would have only gotten the $.44 she STOLE. I don't care how you spin it.. that is theft. Managers should be advised of this practice. It is wrong and I won't be back to this particular branch again
The sign said 5 bonus dollars for every 25 spent. AFTER I spent 100$ on gift cards you decided this was a "while supplies last" offer. What supply did you run out of??? Five dollar bills??? I had change on me! Honor your promotions or take your sign down. I won't be back!!!!!
Beth did a great job!!! It's much better than the richmond location.
Stopped in for supper. Ordered an appetizer. Burgers and sides. Everything came out quickly.
Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Great experience. We enjoyed our visit!!
