Our to go order was ready to go when we arrived and picked it up without any problems. The order was correct and had all the sauces. I really liked the cheese curds and the new bourbon wings. My only request is that I would like to take some of the bourbon sauce home so we would have that to dip in instead of the ranch or blue cheese.
We celebrated my grandkids' 15th birthday (twins). There was a bunch of us, but our waitress was on top of it and did a great job. Great place to have a birthday party in the back near the bar.
The wings were good, but the nachos were cold, and so were the fries and we never got ranch or blue cheese for our wings. Service was pretty slow considering there were only maybe 10 customers in the whole restaurant. The waitress was very nice but again she didn't bring us ranch or blue cheese which we requested more than twice.
Food was good, Mac and cheese was a major let down as usual, always so dry and has hardly any flavor at all. Service was good and atmosphere was chill.
I went in with a group of coworkers today during our lunch break, which is 1 hour. We had Olivia as our waitress. She took our order in. We waited 45-50 minutes for our food to be made while everyone else that came in after us got their food, ate, and then left. I was not pleased with that at all. I am not sure if it was the waitress or the cooks, but someone wasn’t doing their job in a timely manner. Which is sad considering I use to work for Buffalo Wild Wings. Other than that the food was good and the atmosphere was positive and pretty well maintained.
We ordered food for pick up and, let me tell you, it was a disaster. The first time we picked up our meal there was absolutely no sauce. None. I called and spoke to the manager, and was under the impression everything would be fixed. Well, instead of giving us breaded chicken tenders we received baked tenders. We brought this up to the worker at the to-go counter but they would not to anything to fix the order. What lesson did we learn? Don’t get your food to go at this location.
We had Josie as our server on Saint Patrick's day. The service was wonderful. She was very polite and checked on us. Often, the best server in the place definitely ask for her if you go here. made sure my beer was full and the food was good.
Was seated promptly, then forgot about. Asked 3 different waitresses if we could order drinks/food. I was told yes, but then they just walking by. ???? We enjoyed a nice chicken sandwich next door at chik fil lay where you can always count on service!
