We came in at about 8pm, so we're here four hours before close. We get sat and it takes about 15 minutes for a greet. Afterwards it's probably another 10 before the drinks actually come out. We order an appetizer that comes out overcooked and our food is equally over cooked. Mind you I don't even know who our server is because we've only seen her a handful of times, no check in nothing, so I can't ask for her. Anyways if I came in closer to closing and this happened I'd be more understanding everyone wants to go home. But it was 8:30pm, staff was not nice, never saw the manager even though we sent two out of three food items back. Wouldn't recommend this specific location but I have been to others and the service and food were both much better.
Everything was great. My waitress was friendly and attentive. My food and beer came out quick and fresh. Everything was cooked exactly as I ordered it. I'm glad I chose Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and I recommend you visit also. You can go browse the mall afterwards.
The Lady and I have not been here for over a year since the 3 bad consecutive experiences. We decided to take a chance today, and boy, was it worth it. They are under new management! Great experience and DELICIOUS food! Buffalo Wild Wings is back, and we will also be coming back often.
To the staff and management at this location; thank you for turning this place around and offering the great service and experience that is expected from a good Buffalo Wild Wings!
Disappointed....they put the wrong food with my delivery ticket. I called and they couldn't help due to it was placed through a delivery app. So I got my money back, but I would have to start completely over. It took over an hour to get the wrong order. I truly hope that the restaurant is held responsible and not the delivery service. I guess I will have to find good wings elsewhere.

We stopped in after the Sunday Gator game. It was a busy Sunday however they took us right in. We ordered wings, cheese curds Buffalo pizza, and a side salad.
My husband had his cheese curds first and they asked us to try the Carmel dip on them. It was good but made as a wing sauce with the
The spicy dip that comes with it would be great. After that, my husband promptly got his 10 wings. No food for me yet not even my side salad, I understand they are busy food comes out as it comes from the kitchen. I ordered another beer. My salad came it was all brown like it sat in a cooler somewhere pre-made. Then a while later my pizza came then my second beer. The pizza was very good but too spicy for me to eat. I ate the edges it was very flavor full. Just too spicy for me. Good thing I had the second beer to wash it all away. Just if you go know things will take time and not be perfect. The food still tastes great. ????
This location is horrendous for getting your order correct. In recent trips three of them have been wrong or missing items. Two of these orders were done by ordering UberEats and when the order arrives it’s missing items or wrong/missing ingredients. Then last night I ordered take out as I won’t do a food delivery service because I know it’s going to be wrong and harder to correct. After walking in and standing at the takeout counter for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged I finally got my order. The first thing I did when walking out to my car is checked the bag….sure enough missing wings and both wraps were missing sauce. I went inside and got the wings and got sides of sauce as I didn’t want to wait for new wraps to be made. I also told the gentleman next to me to check his bag and he kind of laughed it off and sure enough he was missing items as well. I’D HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION AND IF YOU GET TO GO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG.
Had some great service from the bartender Olivia recently ! Only issue was the portion size of the small order cauliflower wings I enjoy . Great place to watch games and paid per view events as the place stays open late and you don’t have to worry about the place closing before the game is over .
Ordered delivery today. Of course, the food was cold, but the burger was so salty I couldn't eat it. The fries were way over seasoned as well. I will not order delivery again. Nor will I try dining in here.
