We actually waited 1 hour for the food today 5/28/24. We ordered a Mushroom and Swiss burger and brisket burger with tater tots and onion rings plus 2 orders of wings. Then we had to get our parking validated downstairs and there was no one there to do it … we waited 10’. There were 3 other groups waiting for to go orders and we waited for parking validation. I asked another staff person who wore a BWW Tshirt, if someone could help us w validation bc we were waiting bc no one was there and she said the staff person would be back shortly. By the time we waited for 1 hour for the food and ate it as fast as we could to get out before we missed the 1.5 hour deadline for free parking, it was too late. We ate for 27 minutes and realized we had to go bc of the parking issue and by the time we waited 10’ for help w validation it was over the 1.5 hour time limit for free parking so we had to pay $6. Parking can be validated when you stay at B-Dubs for under 1.5 hours and it’s free. Parking is a few steps away from BWW. The regular parking fees in this indoor garage is $6 w validation if you miss the window of 1.5 hours and you stay longer from 1.5 to 3 hours. Without validation it’s $10 (see pic). After waiting, we were told to self validate it but no one told us that even when I asked if and when someone could validate it for us earlier which could have prevented us from being charged $6 for parking. The ambience is nice, there’s an elevator, the bathroom can accommodate a wheelchair, there are two floors, there are many many flatscreen TVs, and there are power outlets at most tables. The burgers were good as well the onion rings and tater tots. For traditional Wings they are buy one get the second half off on Tuesdays! However, the wings were very small, and there was even an included throwaway piece to count for one of the 10 wings for one of the orders (see picture). The waiter was nice but forgetful but we didn’t get any silverware or napkins so we had to ask for napkins ourselves. The Staff downstairs, even though dining was closed but open for parking validation and to go orders, were not nice or helpful. Customer service doesn’t have to be above and beyond bc I know things are busy but it was pretty bad here like they didn’t want to work.
Representative was great. The greeter, waitress and security were all great workers. The food was fresh and the only problem was the 1st set of fried were cold due to me ordering my food well done. The waitress didn't hesitate to reorder me a fresh batch. Love the experience

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my friend and I had ordered online then walked to this location from navy pier on a 85° day. Angela (at least that is what my receipt says) had went out of her wait to get us some waters, which was super kind of her! I had added on something to my order, doing so then unfortunately messed up my original order. We had to wait 20+ minutes for it to get sorted out (I didn’t mind at all.) She was very upbeat and professional thought out it all! I also asked for some extra ranch and she came through!
Her manager (whose name I didn’t catch, I apologize) had offered us a free appetizer for the wait. So generous!

Literally waiting 3 hours for food and still not getting food. We got sited and didn’t even got the drinks. the waitress didn’t even check our table and the service is terrible. Literally arrived at 8:40 and waiting til 11:30 for the food then the restaurant closed at 12 which didn't even give us enough time
to eat. dont waste your time here.
I was greeted by the manager Artemio & LaKendra. It was not crowded so I decided to sit at the bar and watch the NCAA basketball games. It is by far the best place to eat and watch any sporting event!
We showed up for late drinks and appetizers at approximately 10 pm and were treated absolutely terrible by the bartender person on 5/30/24. It was extremely obvious that she did not like my boyfriend and I. She spoke to everyone else at the bar kindly even laughing with others. Yet when we ordered she was so rude, she even tapped her dirty nails on the counter for us to hurry up. My boyfriend asked if she was ok and was given more rudeness. We were denied alcohol at 11:30 and they close at 1. Extremely disappointing.
The food took more than a two hours and half. Got it after the restaurant closing time. I am pure vegetarian ordered Ultimate nachos without any chicken or meat. The food had chicken in it. Can’t really eat it. Can’t take to the restaurant since it’s already closed. Completely waste of time, money. Would never visit again and recommend to not visit this restaurant.
I was seated within ten minutes and waited 20 min for my drinks, 35 min for my food to be ordered. The drinks were Delicious. I ordered another one, waited 40 min. I was ready for the bill and carry out. I saw my waitor twice and the manager was willing to not charge me for a drink that I declined because I'd been there 1hr.45min, I seen a whole couple served and out of there and sitting there like I'm waiting for a camera crew.
