$10 for six wings. Yikes! Oh how things have changed in the last 3 years.
The food we ordered was delicious but it was the size of a kid's menu item. We did not ordered from the kids menu, it was one of the smallest chicken sandwiches I have seen in a long time.
The service was nice and fast but the prices for chicken wings are very hard to justify.
I go to BWW all the time and I always have a great experience. But not tonight!… First off my food said it would be done in 40 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes because I thought 40 minutes was extremely long for fried food. I walked in thinking I’d be wait but my food was already in the warmer box. “I was like great I’m out of here! ???? After getting home my order was wrong and my wings were so slimy from sitting in the heater box for 20+ minutes. After speaking with a manager who could only point a finger I had to leave a review!! (2/17/24) I used to work in the restaurant industry for 15+ years never have I seen someone handle a wrong order so unprofessionally. Rather than try and fix the problem she blamed me for not ordering correctly. Which could be very possible.. But I know what I order ever time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings and this wasn’t correct. And after paying $65 and leaving $10 tip on a To-go order I would at least expect for them to offer to make the correct food that I thought I ordered. But NO!! Stay away from this location!!
Unfortunate chicken wings that looked like they were from the saddest chicken ever. Smallest wings I've ever seen, and overly coated with sauce. Could not finish them. Service was good, and fast. The tator dish for an appetizer was better but was overcooked on the potatoes and not appetizing at all. Overall overpriced food and not great.
Buffalo wild wings has gone down hill
Service industry is going down hill quickly. Placed delivery order. Delivery was brought with half the order. Called and spoke to a team member who said it was being made again and would be delivered. Hour later we called back to check status and management told us it was not being made and best to just refund our money. I don’t think these places really care but will not be giving business in future. Honestly, getting bounced between multiple team members seemed like amateur hour as they problem solved our issue.
Food at Buffalo Wild Wings was really good. Had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich with some Buffalo Wings with the Honey Barbecue and Spicy Garlic sauces. For appetizers had the fried pickels and cheese curds. Went on a Thursday night and was really busy. Service wasn't the best. Waited like 15- 20 mins at the table for a server to finally notice us to take our order. But the food was really good.
We were there when there was a promotion where we were to get 500 extra points, which we did not. I sent an email to customer service and was told I should have accepted the offer prior to ordering, which I had done. They have not responded to any further emails which is frustrating. We live minutes from this restaurant and are regular customers. One would think giving a patron 500 points would not be a bid deal to a company this size, especially when we spend at least $100 per visit with apps, dinners, and drinks.

We went here for lunch, loved going here as the single college student. Now that its a family of four, it can get pretty spendy. They do have the best sauces however. 20 wings for 20 bucks, what do you think?
Update: I've been doing take out for a while now. There is one time and which day forgot blue cheese not a big deal should have been something I checked. This last time around I ordered 27 minutes ahead when I got there it turns out the other was never placed and the gal Courtney recalls taking my order. The shift lead who was dressed in red so so let's just place order get it out within 15 minutes, takes another 25 in actuality. Once I actually got my order I still paid full price with no apologies. Takeout sucks.
We came with a large group so I understand that takes a little more work ... and attention. But we weren’t getting refills. Seemed like the server was overloaded with tables, she was very nice though. I had the Cod sandwich ... which for $10 I can’t complain. Will I get it again? Nope. I like that the fries are the skinnier ones. Funner to eat. The wings were okay. Wish they had food that didn’t look like it came in frozen and they just re-heat it. There was plenty of TVs but music was a tad to loud for the sake of our conversations.
