It was my 1st time here since I was craving wings. I Instead ordered a Grilled Buffalo Chicken wrap. It was made to perfection. Just the right amount of sauce and ranch. Thank you for your exceptional care. I will be visiting again since I work in the area.

I ordered takeout. The front desk employee was great! He checked on my order multiple times. The disappointment was only when I got to my destination. There was barely any sauce on the wings, the box was soggy, all the food was jumbled, and the fries were not even close to warm. It was only a 7-minute drive and the container stayed upright the entire time. Also, the container for condiments was soooo small.
When I tell you this is the worst establishment I have ever been in I truly mean that. Came for lunch and the host sat us right away, great. But than we proceeded to sit for 15 min without any service and we were told we could just order on the app. After I asked the host to get us a server please we sat for another 7 min before once again no one came by. We got up and left. We aren’t coming out to eat to order food on an app when the restaurant has multiple servers walking around us tending to other tables. We have been many times to this location and each time swear we won’t return and this was the final straw. Truly horrible service every single time, 2 tables around us during our wait returned their food. Just awful.
A little disappointed with my takeout order. Ordered 10 boneless wings, got 9. A few of the wings were fairly small. I took the liberty of including a quarter for scale.
The staff here? Absolute stars! Not that the food was slacking, it's just the team was on their A-game. It's your usual Buffalo Wild Wings vibe, but we were there to toast to our son's heavenly birthday and the staff was all in. Top marks for team spirit!
Waited 25 minutes for a scheduled take out order. Food is marginal. Gave you a second chance after the last disappointment. Will never be back!
Dining-in is always a good experience. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering takeout. The food always seems to be lacking effort (and this is more than once). Upon arrival, we always have to wait an extra 20 minutes. We paid extra for flat wings but instead got all drummies and one flat. The fries were burnt completely that they were too hard to eat. On top of that, the food was all cold. It was not enjoyable at all. We had to throw away all the fries. What a waste of our money.
