I usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this time the lemon pepper dry rub left very little to be desired. It was as if they fried them wings and threw some seasoning on top. Disappointing.
Took my son last night for his 16th birthday. We called 2 hours prior to go to make sure they had room at 7pm for 10 guest. We get there at 6:50pm and the poor hostess is trying to find some where to seat us with no help from anyone. We sit down waited 15 mins for someone to come get our drink order then waited another 15 mins for the actual drinks. Then we waited another 15 mins for them to come take our order. At 8:30pm we had not seen or server which meant no refills no food nothing. We finally got up found them and asked if they could check on our food as tables around us that came after had already had plates and plate and plates of wings I was told im not the runner and they walked away so I went and asked for manger who tells me well everyone else go wings that's why they have food coming out. My table ordered wings, two bugers,1 other sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. What's really sad no apology was offered until I told the manger that maybe they could at least offed an apology. When it came time for the check we asked another staff member they apologized and found our server who brought me the check with no problem. 2 hours 1 refill and an hour and 45 mins to get food. Really bad service.
This location does not seem to enjoy serving black people, so I won't be back. Was trying to be seated as a single person and was told everything from "15 min wait" to "there's a large party coming in so we may not have anything for you" to eventually, "here's a seat at the bar". Servers at the bar were exceptionally nasty from dirty looks when I said I wasn't ordering anything but water at the moment, and stares as though I had horns growing from my head. Food might have tasted good but I would never know because I left after my one strawberry margarita because of the nasty atmosphere. Thanks I guess.
I don't normally rate business, but this establishment needs some love. I went on a Wednesday night for a few hours. The bartender, Tess, and staff were very respectful and accommodating. The food was delicious and brought to me in a timely manner. This place is a must go to. You have my future business and praise. Keep up the good work!
Almost every waiter we've had here has been absolutely amazing. Service is great, many tvs with a variety of programs to suit most tastes and of course, the delicious food. Only draw back is this is DEFINITELY not the place for a "quiet evening meal" as it's a sports bar and usually extremely noisy, as to be expected.
Overall though, one of my most favorite spots on buy one, get one boneless wing Thursdays!
This location is good, although at times can take awhile to get your food. 2 out of 5 visits the wings have been overcooked, but overall it’s always delicious and nice to have in Mechanicsville. I do recommend.
Took my grandson to this location for an early dinner. My server was nice and friendly but what made our experience more enjoyable was Corey! He wasn’t our server but was very friendly and took time to speak and listen to my 5 yr old best friend. He said he wants to come back to see Corey.
Went to BW’s and met friends for late lunch, had great service and good food.
I Ordered 15 Buffalo wings to take home. That evening we opened box to eat , and they were so dry they looked like they had been cooked and left out under a heat light all day. They were not edible! Called and talked to the manager the next day about either having the wings replaced or me reimbursed. I offered to show him the wings since we had not eaten them. Was told because it was an order from the previous evening that he couldn’t do anything to help me.
