This was my first visit since the remodel
It was dirty, VERY, the waitress was awful, tables were stacked with dishes, the floor was filthy. We watch a person clean 8 tables with the same cloth without refreshing it or spraying a table, he also cleaned the chairs. For 10 minutes we watched the staff discuss who was going to clean. The person that finally cleaned was not in on the conversation so I guess they told him to clean. This will probably be my last time eating here. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like
Staff was fine. We drove 30 minutes to get some food at this place and it closed at 12:00am. We get there at 11:15 with enough time to put an order in and could easily get out of there at midnight. If it says open til midnight, then the kitchen should be open til midnight. They close a whole hour earlier. If the kitchen says they close an hour early, then that needs to be posted somewhere that the public can see it, rather than being told it at the door.
When I came in a wonderful young lady gave me great customer service. She was polite, fast with the service. Food was hot and fresh. Gave good conversation and even interacted with my children. I’ll definitely come back. Especially if she’s my waitress again. I believe her name was Jennifer. All I know is when I see her it’s the girl with the colorful hair

DO NOT VISIT! My family and I came to this BWW for BOGO night (5/21/24) and had the absolute worst service ever. The restaurant was empty and it took my husband walking up to the hostess to ask for our waiter after we’ve been seated for 20 minutes. There were 3 waiters at the bar talking, drinking, looking in their purse ALL WHILE guest were in the restaurant, completely unprofessional. Our waiter finally came over….got my husband’s drink wrong, did not give us napkins, silverware (we had to ask multiple times) and messed up our order. He also never came to check on us or to make sure we needed anything. When we pointed out the issue with our food the waiter says “well at least you’ll have wings for later” didn’t even offer to fix it or anything.
Not sure who the manager or owner is, but some members of your staff need to be trained in professional and providing good customer service.
I already called the customer care line and filed a complaint & I will be calling the restaurant to speak with a manager regarding our service as well if I do not hear back solving this horrible service.
I came here for the first time with a friend. The food was great and I enjoyed all the TVs playing different sports. But our waitress was the best part of my experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, very attentive, and engaged in conversations! When I come back again, I will be asking for Savannah as my waitress!
It was my friends birthday yesterday 3/17 and a group of us went here to celebrate her. Let me just say it was one of the worst service ever! They close at 12am and we walked in at 9:50pm over 2 hours left till close. The grills were off and we could only order fried food. The server was rude from the beginning with an attitude. it was a white woman with tattoos and dark hair. Her name was Savannah. She never let us know about the automatic gratuity added to the check plus we told her to do separate checks and she brought one check out and literally SNATCHED the BIRTHDAY GIRLS CARD! We ALL told her “no, please don’t take her card it’s her BIRTHDAY”…. Then she shook her head and walked away fast. I am baffled! Everyone in our friend group are servers and let me just say none of us would have acted like her to any of our customers. I will be giving the manager a call I’ve never had to before ever but this was honestly beyond frustrating and I hope she learns how to treat people.
I just wanted to say I came in with my 3 daughters and our server Savannah was AMAZING… knowing how young children can be she was SO understanding and accommodating as you don’t get many places when you bring in children to eat! Service was great food was great! Savannah was great and family oriented, and carried on a great conversation along the way! will definitely be returning!
My sister and I came in for dinner and our server Savannah was AMAZING! She was so conversational and very sweet. She came by frequently to check on us and make sure we were doing okay and check on our food! We were about to leave and we had a brief conversation about something we have in common and it made it feel like such a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be asking for Savannah next time I come!
