First time here and it's was the best experience our family have ever had at a bww. Food was hot and fresh. The wings were awesome, fries were great and our waitress was really good.
They were busy. I wanted to sit at the bar but she was so busy.making drinks I barely got a chance to order. It definitely should be more then one bartender at night. People wanna drink but people like me wanna get in and get out and the bar is the best way to do it. Overall, the staff were friendly. Made sure I was ok, I ordered to go and was not disappointed at all. I even left a tip.
Utter disappointment! Food was bland and cold. Restaurant has a weird smell, cleanliness was clearly an issue. Spent over $50. I won’t be returning. I order the following and all I would recommend is the fries.

My nephew and son decided to give it a try for lunch. They wanted to try the blazin wings challenge and we'd never been there so I thought wth? I'm gna start with the three dip trio and chips. The salsa (and I use the term VERY loosely) tasted like smth you'd dip your mozzarella sticks in. The guacamole (omg NO) was a smashed up avocado no flavor, no taste. The queso was decent. I'd give it 3/5. I ordered the buffalo wings which were sauced nicely, but the flavor wasn't hitting right for a place specializing in wings. I was severely upset that the ranch dipping sauce tasted like hidden valley right out the bottle string wang of preservatives and all. It's bad to say the best thing on my plate was the fries. My son won the blazin wings challenge and got some nice prizes so the trip wasn't a total waste.
Went to BWW around 8pm for their "endless" wings. What a mistake. Our server was nice, got us seated quick. We waited about 5 min for the last person in our party to show up and she took our drink orders about 5 min after they arrived. No big deal. Took probably 20 minutes for half the drinks to come out, another 10 for the last bit. Finally placed a food order a little after 9 when we saw her again. Finished our drinks and then didn't see her until almost 9:30, put in another drink order and it shows up around 10pm. At this point we're looking to flag her down and ask where our food is. It finally starts to show up at 10:15-10:20 and the last plate doesn't come out until 10:35.... at that point we want to place our second order (1st order is 10 wings plus a side, every one after is 6 wings + side) but are told we can't order until the 1st order is completely gone. We finish around 10:50 and at 11:05 when she comes by again we order a 2nd round plus another round of drinks. They close at midnight so we're worried we paid $20 each for only 10 wings at this point.
That and the wings offered were boneless only.
Five of us met up for dinner Tuesday night (May 14). Service was exceptionally bad. Half of our food came out cold, which wasn't acceptable after the long wait. Other tables got their food, ate, and left before ours was remade. The manager was flat out rude. She has a complacent attitude. There is no way the owner knows how the established is run. We watched drink orders sit and die at the bar, when there was 11 tables (not including those at the bar) in the restaurant. Crazy experience. So bad I had to write a review.
Went at 730 on a Wed. Took forever to be seated even though the place only had like 5 tables in it. Took forever to get a order . Ordered a 20 PC all flats- server did say it's not guaranteed to be all flats but tell me how I got 15 drums. I do not like a drums so why would I want to eat a place I can't get flats....there was like 7 servers and only 5 tables the whole time we were there. and only 1 server i saw really caring about making her money.... I don't think we will be back to this location
My burger was delicious, just missing some stuff and incorrectly made. They got my son's order wrong twice, and my husband's wings were cold... Sad! Our waitress was friendly and smiling - enjoyed her! But alas, we won't be back here.
