My wife and I ordered takeout from there on 5/23/24. The wings that I had weren't good at all. They were overcooked and had hardly any sauce on them. I'm assuming they were fried in old oil because I later got an upset stomach. I kept getting a oil after taste, I won't be coming back anytime soon. This is the second consecutive time this has happened. I don't know if it's the cooks or the manager. I'm thinking it's management. My wife became ill as well. I'm not going to fill out a form. If you really want to make this right you would refund my money, you have the date and a name.
I made a take out order and realized after I left that something was wrong with my order. I promptly came back and Gary greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help. I told him what was wrong and he did not argue with me or tell me that I was wrong, he promptly went to the kitchen to get me what was missing AND he walked it out to my car outside that was parked in the takeout area.
Gary needs a promotion and then a raise!!! Exceptional customer service from him.
Keep in mind that I came in with a party of fifteen. Exceptional food and service. They were short-staffed, yet everything was served up hot and in a timely manner. The waitress was sweet, attentive, and accommodating.
The service was amazing. We got seated right away she kept coming by to see if we were okay and everything tasted good or we needed a refill. The food was hot (salad was cold obviously) and tasted good. The TV was so loud you couldnt hear the person across from you but other than that we had a great night.
Apparently all the b-dubs have decided cold food and continually rising prices will keep them in business. They pretty much all suck anymore. This one is no exception. Enter at your own risk.
Quick service, super friendly server! Food was perfect and fresh. Deinks were refilled without even asking. Think the server was named Ray or Rae? Love the wedges with cheese. Really woth they would bring back Buffalo chips, Caribbean Jerk and Asian Zing. Teriyaki was great, get them "extra wet" so they are covered with the sauce. They even have Cheese curdes!!! Definitely will return.
Worst food I have eaten there or anywhere for sometime. Most of it was way over salted or unpleasant. Was not edible. Expressed how terrible to waitress and her reply was "Sorry" Will not be back anytime soon.
I asked for my sauces on the side & they came on the wings, which were all very small & I'll never order your wings ever again, I don't care how many r free because Roosters wings r bigger & taste alot better & they have better sauces & they put them in containers on the side, everytime I've asked & ordered them.
