First the server came and told us our food would take longer because our order was dropped at another table by accident. 20 minutes later we finally received our order, onion rings were cold and you could tell they had been sitting and half of the wings weren't even hot. The server never came back to refill drinks or check on us. Once I finally requested a manager whom never showed up, our server finally decided to come as if we were ready to leave. We hadn't even received our check yet. She was lucky she got a tip at all. Poor service poor food quality
I took my children to eat for Easter. My 21 year old daughter with a valid passport was denied a margarita. The manager told us that she needed a state ID to accompany the passport. Wow. Either the lady cannot do math or was not properly trained on id's they can accept. This was the worst experience in our dining out. We will never eat here again and matter of fact we are going to share our story will everyone so they will not have the experience we did here at the north dirksen Buffalo wild wings. VERY SAD
Well update .. the Gm offered me a 25 dollar gift card for us to come back to eat..
That would not cover a one fourth of the bill. Really.
The food was good, but you find out there is no curbside pickup after you arrive. We showed up late and still waited about 15 minutes for our food.
Below is a $9 dollar order of pickles.
Worst service I have ever had. Came with a friend, who didn't have his I.D after we got to the bar. I got my drink as placing my togo order , and my friend was completely ignored and didn't even get approached for a water or soda. Him not having his id is reason for not getting beer. But what excuse for no service at all? Let the manager know who didn't seem to care about what was going on at the store at all. I will not return, and do not recommend this place for anyone to go to. ITS HORRIBLE!
The girl running the pick up counter, had problems with finding my order. Another girl with curly hair and plaid shirt, saying what's all deese people standing here for..... When I got back to my car, my large fry and queso wasn't in the bag. Went back into the BWW, waited another 3mins before she saw me. Let her know we were missing fry and queso. She came back and said they forgot to put it in the bag....looked like it been sitting there. $38 plus a $5 tip. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Food was good - had the grilled pulled chicken wrap. Service was good - did not have to wait to have our order taken. It's a little loud in the building with all the TVs on, but it has a nice bright eating area.
Waitress was good. Restaurant was clean. I ordered parmesan and garlic wings and a salad. (I eat low carb foods) I ordered 15 wings. It was 18$. Just a small ranch salad was almost 5$. I couldn't eat the wings because they were drowning in this overly spiced sauce. I mainly just ate my salad.
This is the B-Dubs we usually eat at when we're in Springfield. Food is usually on par and service is usually pretty good. However there's been a couple times it wasn't. Overall still the B-Dubs we favor in Springfield.
