I've been here over 20 times because I love wings an football ???? but... it takes a very long time to get a refill on your drink IF you can get one even when they are not busy it's hard to get a refill ????????♀️ and when you order spicy food having to wait that long isn't so fun ???? other then that the place is great
I didn’t know this, but Buffalo wild wings gives free wings if you have the app for your birthday I got six free wings they were so so yummy!
It wasn't busy at 7. Took 10 mins just to get noticed. No refills. Chicken was so dry . Showed the server and she didn't seem to care. I love spending my hard earned money on entitled attitude and over rated chicken.
Great Experience! David was an amazing server, I had reservations for him 5 years in advance and let me tell you, it was so worth it, David was so polite and nice and amazing funny! The food was good but better tasted while he made you laugh.
Placed a pick up order of the wings and fries for my nephew’s graduation. He said they were good and enjoyed them. Enough said! Thanks for making him happy!! Would definitely order from here again if in the future if close by.
My husband and I visited BWW this weekend and all I can say is the hosts need to do better . Upon my arrival , I was informed that I would be waiting for 30-40 minutes. Which was no issue because we all know that they are busy during the weekends . After our 40 minute wait, we received a text that our table was ready . We went inside to be seated just to realize that we were being seated in a high top table. I informed Paul (the hostess ) that this would not work because we had a 6 month old baby with us. He apologized and informed me that we would have to be on the waiting list again . I was frustrated but of course agreed . As we walked away I noticed that they had a free table and asked if we could sit in that table . He declined and stated I had to wait . After 20 minutes of waiting we were informed our table was ready again . He sat us down in the same table I had asked about !!!!! I noticed that Paul and Olivia were smirking and laughing about the situation . I pulled Paul to the side brought this up to his attention . He just smiled and apologized. And went back on to laughing with Olivia . Now I understand that they were probably just as frustrated with me as I was with them but to treat people like this is beyond me . I had to remind myself that these were just little kids and they probably just found amusement by this . I hope that this post serves as a reminder to treat your clients with a little bit of compassion. We ended up walking away and drove to Chattanooga’s location .
The food was wonderful. The service kind of had things mixed up as far as the table goes, but other than that the food was really good. Good pleasant atmosphere. We took the outside tanning and their music was kind of nice while we were sitting here. Eating. So come on down. Hope you guys enjoy.
I called to place a carry out order. They left me on hold for 15 minutes. Hey maybe they forgot and it’s busy (It wasn’t) .. so I placed an order online. Placed order at 10PM, receive confirmation it will be ready at 10:20PM. Go in and sit at the bar.. it’s pretty dead. Maybe 4 other people. Bartender said it will be right up. I sit there for 20 minutes without being addressed. I finally ask for an update at 10:45PM and was told that they’re dropping some fresh fries and it will be ready in 10 minutes. Awful service and I won’t be back to BWW on Battlefield.
Update: Received order 40 minutes after estimated time over website. Female bartender was not apologetic at all but the male at least apologized and said he wasn’t over to-gos. If I hadn’t paid in advance I would have walked out long ago.
