The service was great....this has NOTHING to do with the service. The issue is the food itself. We got to try about 6 or 7 different sauces for the wings... didn't care for any of them. The teriyaki, jerk, orange chicken, garlic parmesan, etc were all just...meh. it was edible. Fries were meh as well. We just think the sauces this chain gets aren't all that great. Maybe the other food is better? Wish we hadn't gotten the all you can eat wings special, because we both pretty much said at the same time "I wouldn't come back here again". One of the orders also had the wrong sauce. We were trying to come up with something nice to say and the best we could come up with was "well, the water was watery". Again...the service here was great....just the food was underwhelming given the roughly $60 we spent after tip. Atmosphere wasn't all that either. Lots of sports but not much baseball (two screens I saw with baseball were the same game).
I have been very patient with this restaurant!!! But my patience has finally run out. For the last several months I haven't been able to order several menu items because they keep saying that there is a part that they can't get to fix some piece of kitchen equipment. Seriously several months!!!!!????? I have talked to two different people that I know personally, that own machine shops. After talking to them, they both told me that they are extremely confident that there is a high probability that this elusive part can be machined. I was told tonight at this restaurant, by an employee, that this particular part is still in some other country overseas and they don't even know if it is available yet. Seriously WTH!!!!
My pickup order was wrong– the boneless and traditional wing flavors were switched around. Peyton and Raven were so, so helpful and went above and beyond to make it right for us. Out of the many times I've ordered from this location, this was the first time I've ever experienced a slight mishap. Very impressive! Tonight looked like it was busy. And with customer service like that of which I recieved tonight makes it impossible to be upset.
Food was way overcooked. Sauces where thick and cold and tasted terrible. Booths are torn and dirty. Restaurant was filthy. If its that dirty middle of the day, imagine the kitchen. Staff was unattentive. Overpriced inedible food with filthy atmosphere. Will not ever be back, do not recommend.
Not a lot of customers. We were the largest table with 5 people. Every person's food came out at a different time and by a different employee every time. A couple times employees tried to deliver food that was not ours. Server had an attitude.
I ordered through Uber Eats a Cobb salad without the Blue Cheese as I’m deathly allergic to blue cheese. It was delivered with Blue Cheese crumbles on the top. I’m visiting the area for work and have no car (Uber where I need to go). I called the store and the first guy confirmed I did order without blue cheese. He said I had to bring it back or deal with Uber Eats. I told him I had no car. I asked for a manager. I think her name was Tracy. She was absolutely RUDE! I did go ahead and submit my “safety concern” with Uber Eats but based off the managers attitude I would NEVER go or suggest this place EVER! Not a great first impression of Casper, WY. I’m so thankful I know to look before I eat a Cobb salad because I just don’t feel like dying!

It was a busy night so service was a little slow but the poor lady did the best she could.
Cold beer, great food! A little overpriced (but that's our economy in 2023.) Bar tender had zero personality and was not very attentive. All in all, it was an OK experience.
