Food was good but the service was pathetic.... We are asked to order on the app or browser by scanning the QR code and then making the payment... But the servers do not know what the order is and we had to continuously tell them what was pending... What's the point in placing the orders online if I have to repeatedly tell them what's pending!!!
The food was good but I do not think that an employee should be wearing ear pods and talking on the phone at plane sight when cleaning tables and even sat down on the table to have a conversation on the phone instead of cleaning the table that she was supposed be be cleaning. I did not see any management someone from a different table came over to ask her a question while she was on the phone and she asked him to wait. And he went back to his table where is the customer service in this place ????? No hostess no waiters no acknowledgment so pathetic.
I placed an online order for pick up and was given a pick up time of 11:30pm. When I arrived at 11:25 I was told my wings were coming out now. I watched several workers come from the kitchen none of them came to me about my order. I waited until 12am only to be told they forgot about my wings. I was given the other part of my order and told they would refund my money. At 12am where was I going to get more food so I said I would wait. Keep in mind the place was not busy maybe 6 parties with no more then 2-4 people so I didn't understand what happened to my order. When I asked about the turn around time for my refund the supervisor told me he couldn't do the refund until the next day but he assured me he would do it. The wings were excellent but the first part of my order was cold. Also i had no ranch, celery or guac with my order. The supervisor also seemed annoyed like I did something. I will NEVER order from this establishment again.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We did not even receive the bare minimum. As we were waiting an hour plus for our food, staff was eating behind the bar, pouring drinks into their plastic water bottles. We ordered off the QR code and no one asked if we needed anything or got our soda order for 45 minutes after asking multiple staff. It took 30 minutes to process the refund and the staff laughed during it. As the Texan said next to us”the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the nation”.
I ordered a Caesar salad. I didn't know I had to tell them that I wanted more salad than dressing. I was on my way to Alds across the way to buy extra romaine lettuce, I've never had that much dressing with lettuce. The manager took my receipt and said that I will be getting my money-back. I checked my account. I aint seen it . I've been waiting since 4/2/24.This is the new one at Ritchie Station.
WHERE IS MY REFUND!
This is hard for me to write because I absolutely love Buffalo wild wings and it’s one of my family’s favorite go to restaurants however my experience with this store and last restaurant have me really debating if I’ll ever eat at Bdubs again. I placed a large order for delivery the end in February the day after getting discharged from the hospital because I couldn’t drive. Order arrived with several items missing. I called the store numerous times and got no answer. I called a different store and had that manager call just to get them to answer the phone. I finally spoke to the manager Henry and explained I couldn’t pick up the order because I couldn’t drive, and he took down my information and promised to refund me for this missing items. Never received my refund or heard from Henry since. After a few weeks with no refund I called back and spoke to a female manager who had me call DoorDash door dash and after a week of researching on their end referred me back to the restaurant. Called the restaurant several times and no one answered. A month ago I wrote in about my experience using the Buffalo Wild Wings FAQ/ Contact us form and didn’t receive a response. After over 2 months of chasing down my refund I still don’t have my refund and now have a sour taste in my mouth regarding the entire experience
The service was great, our waitress/bartender was awesome and very personable. The food was on point and the drinks were just right. Hadn't been to this BWW in a while but I'm glad we picked this one.
I ordered my food at 10: 00 pm. I got to the restaurant at 10:07 , when I walked in it was 10:17. I walked to the desk and one of the employees who was getting ready to go asked my name, I told her and she said your order won’t be ready at 10:30 with a little irritation, whatever I didn’t care about that. So I come back 10: 23 ( by the way my ready time said 10:20, there was no one at the desk the girl that I seen was sitting with another waitress, nobody came to say anything so 10: 43 someone comes out with my order. The ticket on my order says 10:21. This location is the worst, I knew I should have gone to Bowie. And the fries were trash and my partner chicken was trash. I would not go to this location ever again and the there is no customer service….
