I have been waiting for 45 minutes for our food. Not even an explanation has been given to why it is taking so long. It is not even busy.
Update: it took over an hour because they brought our food to the wrong table. And the wings were severely under-sauced. Do not recommend this location.
Great Food, great bar tenders, my local place, you can always watch your teams even if they are in Miami. My fav sports bar!
I would like to apologize to the bartender for waiting so long before I got up and walked out. For a minute, I thought he might have almost felt pressured to leave the personal conversation he was having with his 2 buddies at the end of the bar. Don't worry. It won't happen again. There are too many good sports bars out there where bartenders actually want to serve customers
I was sick and too tired to cook dinner or pick it up myself- so paid a lot extra for delivery to get my kids fed. I haven't received correct food in the past from this location, so knew I was taking a chance but it was late and I had limited options and hungry kids.
For $41, we received 2 burgers (1 was a kids meal) without the sauce or sides or drink, and an appetizer of pretzel knots. My youngest had been asking for fries all day, and was very disappointed that they were missing. I called and was told that the only thing they could do was give me some if I picked them up myself, which I did even though I was too sick to go anywhere, because my son was so upset and I felt bad for laying around all day. I said on the phone that I was coming, and was told he would upgrade them both to larges for the inconvenience. He sounded like he was going to prepare them right away. I arrived, and waited a long time before anyone came to help me. They knew nothing about the fries, and went in the back to ask, and 5 minutes later came back to tell me he was putting fresh ones in right then. After waiting several more minutes, she brought me a bag and apologized that he put both sides in 1 container, but at that point, I just needed to get home and back in bed so took what I got. It was not even a full container, less fries than we should have originally had instead of the free upgrade I was promised for coming to pick it up myself. It would be more understandable if it was busy, but there were only 2 tables with customers, 1 of which left while I was waiting. This is not the first time that I have had to pick up my order after paying delivery fees and tips because I couldn't do it myself. Very disappointing lack of customer service, I will choose other locations in the future instead of this one that's 3 minutes from my house. I get great service at other locations.
Burger, pretzel bies with cheese and wings. The wings were supposed to be classic buffalo but I really didn't care for them (and I normally love búfalo wings with blue cheese) I am not sure why they just didn't taste right. The burger was good.
Loved this location!????????. Haven't been to others yet (to compare) as this is our first time visiting a BWW's in Minnesota. This location was the one with the best reviews so we decided to try it nd we enjoyed it. Service was great????, so attentive with us nd what we may need????????. Food looked delicious when served????, only reason why I put a 4/5⭐️'s on food is becuase it was a bit warm to almost cold when it gets to the table but otherwise we will defenetly return here when we feel like getting wings again????.
Drinks didn’t arrive until food. Wings and fries were cold.
Wrong wings a few times on re-order. Not impressed with service or food. Only a few of the orders were actually nice and hot when they came to table. It was busy, but not packed.
I waited over 30 minutes to sit down. Waited another 15 minutes for a single drink. It took so long that I tried to order 2 drinks to hedge more waiting…I was told I could only order 1 drink at a time. They are SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED and I felt like the server was upset that we brought a group of people for lunch. St. Cloud location is very similar. Understaffed and overwhelmed… fix it! Disappointing.
