1. The food was cold!! Stale and had the smallest amount of food. The photo is a regular fries that is 6 bucks. The chicken and the bone were BLACK
2. The service we received was shocking. At first, the server came quickly and was nice. After we placed our order. No clue where she went. Once the food came after 30 MINUTES?? She was still nowhere to be found. I had to get up and ask her for stuff that we already ordered but she just didn’t put it in. It took another 5 min for our sauces to come out. After we finished eating one of the worst foods we ever had, it took another 10 min just to get the check. In total, she came to check up on us 3 times including taking our order and giving us the check. Hope she’s not surprised for not getting a tip
Yikes! The line to get inside was way into the parking lot. After skipping the line to get inside to the bar, I wondered why, the restaurant had few guests. The food was horrible. Just awful. I couldn’t understand what folks were waiting for.
This location is always hit or miss. If traffic is slow you get great service and food. But if they are busy they always seem to be extremely understaffed. I recently came in and waited 30 min and still had not one employee greet us or the 4 other groups waiting to be seated. Witnessed numerous staff members walk by and look at everyone waiting and they just kept walking by and avoiding everyone that was waiting to be seated. Ended up walking out and going somewhere else as did numerous other people. This is not the first instance I've had to do that at this particular location.
Food was good, got my fix for another couple of months. The place wasn't busy at all and it took a good couple to 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. When we finally got seated, we ordered our drinks, those came fairly quick, then we didn't see the waitress for like 10ish or so minutes. She was very nice, not super attentive.
Wasn't going to share, but I saw the other 1 star reviews and thought well it's not just my party.
Showed up and had a sign reading "over an hour wait." No problem, I put my number down to call when a table is available (just glancing, I saw 6 tables open and cleaned, we were the 5th on the list).
We waited - considered another place to eat, but the party wanted wings (party of 2).
I put my number in at 8:50. It came to 10:15 and no call. We headed over to wait and check where the line was at. The place was empty. Maybe 4 tables with people in it. I waited for a few minutes to be checked in, a manager walked up.
"Hey, my name was on that list, I didn't get a call and that was over an hour ago"
"Oh, someone must have thrown away the list, she said she called everyone".
"OK.. well ahe dodnt call me, we've been waiting and now its 10:30 at night"
"We have open tables now, go ahead and find somewhere to sit".
- we sit down and wait for a few minutes for someone to come over, I watched everyone in that place finish their colleague conversations and then come over, no problem.
Then we wait for the food for over 30 min. Wings were sub-par. Half of them didn't have chicken in the middle, just tough fibers and breading (we all know that type of wing). By this time, it was like 11:15 and we were just starting our meal.
Got home a little after midnight. I know there are a lot of people involved to make that all go correctly, but when I told the manager, he was like, "Oh ok, have a seat."
That should have been a huge red flag for a manager. Then the 30 min wait while the place was empty was enough to write a review.
I'll try out the 185th location from now on.
The host was great supper friendly and welcoming! The first server we got she was not that great at the beginning, kinda gave a bit of attitude at the beginning. After a while her attitude changed I asked someone else to help me with my order. The other gal was great and friendly. Overall I gave my self a chance to try this restaurant with my family but considering this is the 2nd time I have come to a Buffalo Wild Wings both times it’s never the greatest customer service. Yet the food it’s ok not the greatest (just an opinion).
I’ve been eating here for a very long time nearly since this location first opened years ago , lately on multiple occasions the quality of the boneless wings is very poor, literally no sauce on them and the chicken is dry with no flavor , I have decided to throw in the towel for good , this place use to have great quality food but that’s long gone, I would avoid paying the premium this place demands for subpar food, I won’t be going back anymore.
I had a great dine in experience! Service was perfect, server was cute and bubbly, accurate order taken, food delicious, would consider dining in again!

... However, I refuse to give five stars to this location due to several bad experiences with trying to order online and then resorting to trying to order via phone, only to be left unanswered several calls from not only myself but several friends at a group outing. In the future if we ever try to call again for a pickup order and it works, I'll consider reevaluating the score.
