Our wings came out dry so our waitress took them back. The MANAGER brought these back to the table. Now who in their right mind wants to eat this. Our waitress was even appalled and said now who would want to eat that. Then the waitress tells us she asked for a discount and the manager said no. We won’t be back.
EVERY single time we order food it's messed up. At one point they gave us a credit or next time we came in I just showed them my email between the manager and I. I have told my boyfriend I'm done messing with bdubs but he has his craving for it sometimes so we still get it occasionally. I called tonight about my order being wrong and Taylor said there's nothing they can do unless I bring my meal back in. I'm not driving clear back across town. I did initial that the order was correct only because I couldn't tell in the dim light between traditional and boneless wings. I guess from now on when they have a long line I will sit there and eat my TOGO ORDER in front of them and make sure everything is correct. It really sucks because I love bdubs but the service the last couple years has been TERRIBLE!!

We stopped in around 3:00 PM on Saturday to eat after an event we attended at Ball State. When we walked in, it took several minutes to be acknowledged and seated. As we approached the booth, I noticed there was food all over the floor around and under the table and trash in the booth seat. We ordered beverages first. One of us got a Pepsi Zero. It barely had any ice in it and tasted like it was mixed with root beer. There was hardly any carbonation. Another one of us got a sweet tea and it also had barely any ice and had an off-putting taste like it had been sitting for a while and it had WAY too much sugar in it. It was a thicker consistency than tea should be. One of us ordered the cheese curd bacon burger without the tomato, onion, pickles and mayo but all four were on the burger. Another one of us ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and the chicken was cold. Another one of us ordered honey barbecue wings and they were so drenched in sauce that they were inedible. We all got fries and they were not hot and several fries were hard as a rock like they had been left in the fryer for several rounds. When we received the check, I tried to scan the QR code into my app, but when I would hit the scan button, the app just closed. I did learn that I had two coupons and asked the server if I could use one or both. She seemed very annoyed and told me to write my phone number on the receipt and "hopefully it will work." It did work but I still could not scan it into my app. During our meal, there was a female in the kitchen screaming at the staff and was very distracting and concerning. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning when we are in Muncie again.
I called and ordered our food. Tell them on phone if there swamped we getting it to go. If not we will eat it there. Long story short they seat us and waitress gets our drinks then woman who seated us brings our food. Never receive a refill I end up asking to see the Manger she comes out to tell us we don't have a waitress cause we ordered our food refuses to give us a waitress I ended up getting our own refills. Walk up front to get a to go box. I'll never go back
Posting this for the wife who will return to store in the AM to complain. She purchased a 30 piece ( see receipt ) for her euchre party tonight, after arriving at the Eagles lodge for the party no one would eat any due to being hard as a brick, couldn't tell how they tasted because they were too hard to bite, also pulled apart and they were very dry...Waist of money...

The front door is easy to miss and looks like a little side door, no sign saying entrance! Be prepared to wait forever for anything you order. Waitress is nowhere around to bring you refills. Chicken wings are cooked within an inch of their life, dry, overdone little nubs!! If you are near a Marco pizza, their wings are cheaper and cooked correctly.
I eat a plant based diet so I can't be a judge of thier chicken wings but I absolutely enjoyed thier califlower wings and fries. I went there for a beer on my birthday and had a good time. Football on the TV, beer and whiskey in my hand, and good service. Can't beat it.
Good atmosphere if you're looking for sports. There are are lot of big TVs in every direction. I have a lot of respect that they use beef oil(tallow) in their fryers. I'm all excited about that thinking they use heart healthy oils throughout and then find out they use seed oils in their sauces. The boneless wings are sometimes good and sometimes hard as a rock.
