We had gotten an order of 20 wings, mozzarella sticks and potato wedges around 11 at night. Called and made an order over the phone and said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Got there and had to wait an extra 10 minutes no big deal. as soon as we got the food and went home half of the wings we got had no sauce on them and looked like they just plopped some sauce on top and called it a day. Half of our ranches had maybe 1 little squirt of ranch. Every time we come the wings are good but the consistency is not there today was spicier than last time. Not a good look. Other then that they are usually nice some more than others.
Took awhile to get seated. Seems only one server on the floor late night. Not busy but missed us since at entrance is where people were also having to wait for orders. Had to track down a kitchen staff member. Our server was awesome. Apologetic and very friendly. Food and drinks amazing
Just suggest management figure a better way for late night seating. Music awesome and fun overall
This is sadly last time I come to this location I’ve been coming here for about 13 years since I turned 21 the bartender they used to have he was amazing unfortunately he left around 2021 maybe 2022 went to work elsewhere. My food is always cold our server was not good either but my main problem is cold food and getting less amount of wings than I ordered server was aware I told her it was fine not to brink it because I was afraid to realize the actual difference in heat. But it’s not just the wing my cheese sticks were so cold on my first bite the cheese was so cold it would come out all at once in the shape of the cheese stick was not stringy at all.. this used to be an amazing place it’s sad it has changed so much but not for better. I remember there was a manager that always went around the tables checking up on them. There is only 8 customers here at the moment no excuse for cold food. I don’t usually give reviews but this just really upset me.i didn’t have to wait long today but there have been times when i will wait very long time to even get my drinks and it’s not busy at the time.my wings barely bad sauce the park ones had a bit more. Me beer was great always is.
Had 15 wings with 3 flavors. Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and Spicy Garlic. It’s not as spicy as I remember but that’s okay. I’d rather not be in pain while eating. Nice atmosphere and the bar has immediate seating.
Ordered 30 traditional wings.. The waitress was rude. Took 15 mins to take our order and we had ordered a drink. We did not get our drink till our food was over but had the cheque in hand where she charged us for the drink. When I requested her for the drink she said I would rather cut from the bill than serve us the drink. Pathetic experience. Would never come there again for sure. She was a racist woman
The waiter sat us down and did not give us any menus. We then waited not too long, she finally approached us and said are you ready to order your drinks? You can order your food now if you’re ready. How were we supposed to order with no menus? I understand that the QR codes are at the table but the one at ours was not working. Then she brought the food in a timely manner but she seemed to be rushing us. She only came to check on us once to pick up the trash and give us the check. It wasn’t even busy during the time we were there so I don’t understand why there was a lack of service. Very terrible service. I also forgot to ask for a receipt and I think I was over charged. Is there any way I can go back and check if I was charged correctly? Thanks
Dont know why, but i visited ed rhis location again.
After being ignored for five minutes with the staff 10 feet away cutting lenons, she finally asked me what ivwanted to drink, then as im trying to wwve her down 10 minutes later, i ask for a menu and she telss me i have to scanbthe bar code for a menu, meanwhile the guys sitting five seats away has a menu in his hands.
I will not be eating or drinking here ever again.

Since our last visit, things have really gone down hill, food was cold and not tasty at all, and we had to keep waiving down staff for more tea, even hard to leave! Finally got a box and the bill.
Won't be back here for some time.
I don't know why every time I come the service is so bad. I come because I like their food but the service sucks. I can't say that they are all their waiters but there are some specific guys that I don't know what they are doing there if they don't want to do their job. I have seen in front of me help other people in other ways. If you want to come here, be prepared to be liked by those specific people otherwise they will ruin your night.
In particular, that xenophobic waiter who served me for the simple fact of not speaking English, he feels the way he despises people.
