They make you scan a QR code too order The franchise owner should be ashamed of the currant state of this restaurant. The staff is trying hard to push the QR code, they are friendly however and seems very under staffed too, they food is always hit or miss some days comes out fantastic some days not so well.
First time here for a work gathering. Was not impressed. You have to scan QR code at your table to place order unless you're paying cash. Took awhile to set up an account before you can order food.
A few beer on tap for Happy Hour. That helped wash down the very dry, over deep fried boneless wings. Server dropped off food and never came back.
Service was quick and the lady told me the new way of ordering in the location with my phone…which was pretty neat! I hope she doesn’t get overworked. All staff were cordial and professional, and I will come again if I’m in Suffolk again!
Enjoyed the food and the drinks. However we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though half the restaurant was empty and after waiting they still sat us on the empty side. The waitress also took a long time to come take our orders. However I will probably go back for the street tacos and white tea shots
Worst service I have ever had. We walked in and had to find someone to seat us. The place was almost empty. Then the employees from the kitchen were having a huddle in the walkway cursing,shouting, and even using the n-word...no one cooking!! The food came out tasting microwaved and horribly seasoned. Asked for ranch and got blue cheese. One of our forks was dirty and instead of replacing it with a clean one, the waitress decided we needed plastic instead. When we asked for an entree replacement for bad taste, they said they'll charge us extra. If I could give this review Negative stars I would!! Do Not waste your money here. I paid $65 dollars on nothing but garbage that we didnt even eat. This is not my first time at B-dubs, but they represented the name horribly and i felt bad bringing a guest there.
Do not recommend. The staff was INCREDIBLY rude to the extent the waitress made snide comments to me and all of my coworkers. Approximately 20 of us came and she could have made a ton in tips. A few decided not to eat between her rudeness and telling us she would not take our orders and said we had to use the QR code to order. This in itself is another issue. Forcing customers to order with a QR code and sign up with an email and give your CC info while not accepting cash is a problem! I will not be visiting this location again.
Was there with my girlfriend, 1st 6 wast staff just chilling behind the counter when one finally came over I asked for a menu and she proceeded to tell me we only use QR coda now, she was not very friendly about it next I ordered buffalo wings and lemon pepper wings they got the lemon pepper ones right and the buffalo wings where wrong and after the wait staff was like the waiting staff from the move, no way was I going to ask for her to fix it. Finally i tried to pay the bill and the waitress said it had to be closed out online and in the next 15 minutes she prosecuted to say it was closed out and done however, after we left I got text saying if the bill was not paid in 15 mins there would be 18% gratuity added! We were going to tip her cash however, she just disappeared and we could not find her! We used to go to this Buffalo wild wings at least twice a month with our friends, However, after this experience we’re probably done with this place. There’s other places to hot wings. I truly hope the owner goes back to menus and teaching there waste staff had to communicate with customers!
The new method of ordering is terrible. Kept getting errors and on attempt number 3 went through. This location was on an uphill climb and I guess they peaked and downhill from there. Waitress we had the last time was quick and talkative which we liked. Definitely off the list of places to dine for quite sometime.
