Pros: As usual B-Dubs delivers great flavors.
Cons: I understand it's a new place but when I asked how long it would take to get my order, the cashier said 15 minutes. I didn't get my order until a little after 30 minutes. Not a huge deal but please don't give the customer a time if you can't keep to it. Also please pay attention to the quality of the chicken. Some of my wings still had feathers on them.
We placed our first order at this location tonight and are very happy with everything! The food was hot, not skipping out on the sauce (I usually have to order extra but the ones tonight were perfect) and delicious! My husbands ordered the boneless wings and cheese curds and said they were still hot and crispy. I ordered the traditional wings and potato wedges and I had to let them cool down a little before eating them. They were fresh, hot and crispy. The potato wedges were the best I’ve had from any of the locations. We will definitely be back.
First time going to this location and yes there is a wait time so just be aware of that. It is obviously a “To Go B-dubs” so nothing surprising. Environment was okay, I think they should have cleaned the floor because there were food and a hair tie underneath the cash register area as well as the fountain machine. However, my food was overall good even though they gave me 5 boneless wings when I ordered 6 but no big deal, I get the employees were busy.
The picture you’re seeing is 11 people deep. The order I placed was at 6:20 p.m. local(mountain). The app told me it would be ready at 6:50. The photo is at 6:57 p.m. local time. There is no one eating at this location. They’re all sitting and waiting for an order they placed 30+ minutes ago. There is no excuse for this type of customer service. The people waiting here deserve their money back based on time alone.
Edit: the two cashiers they had were more worried about Snapchat and other messages than helping customers. To the point the actual manager begged them just to print return receipts.
Jamile and Shanti were amazing when we came in for dinner for my boyfriend’s birthday. Food was delicious, store was clean and workers were really nice to us! I saw some previous reviews and just want to say , have patience and be kind. They get REALLY busy and not everyone’s perfect but they are doing their absolute best! 10/10 recommend. Will be back before we move
Went in and the staff were super friendly! We ordered 20 wings each and fries and the order was out super quick and it tasted very good! We will definitely be back ????.
Manager here was great but it was really really slow service. Order was supposed to be ready in 20-30 minutes. It took 1 hour 15 minutes. Then it wasn't entirely accurate (1 6 piece was incorrect and since sauces were missing). Manager promptly corrected and had a great attitude even though it was obviously a tough night. Food was fine. Fries weren't great but wedges were good. Chicken was decent.
There should be a way to notify customers who place orders online that the order will not be ready. We waited a long long time in the lobby. The app should also be better at managing wait times. When we got there (35 minutes) there were 15 people ahead of us. We asked if the board was showing the order things were being worked on and the person working the register didn't know (answer is yes).
Hoping this place gets better at managing orders as they gain more experience. Will try again in a few months when they'll have more of a flow going.
Don’t come here. Wait time is ridiculous. Waited over an hour just for 10 wings and a fry. I’m never coming back here.They didn’t have traditional chicken. Out of stock. Never heard of a chicken place not having chicken. They gave me chicken nuggets dipped in nasty sauce. After waiting over an hour. I asked several times for my money back so I can go somewhere, else they refused. Horrible place.
