I ordered party size wings with sauce on side, when i pickup they said the sauce is on 8oz black boxes. When i went home, these were ranches and cheese. I called to store and talk with manager but they said i have to come back to store and pickup the sauce. I didn’t have time to comeback because my guests were coming and they refused to deliver the sauce to my house. In the end of conversation, they can’t do anything because of their mistake.
Everything was great. First class service, good food, excellent overall experience.
A couple of homophobic racists came in and didn't like me sitting next to my husband but that trash is all over Jacksonville.
The loaded nachos are off the chain. Highly recommend ????????
Very disappointed food was old sandwich was cold and fries were hard like a plastic same with the wings were missing and hard.
Terrible do NOT EAT HERE. The customer service is very poor and my wings was hard and dry even after allowing them to remake it. It still has was terrible. In the end I just asked for a refund. The manager on duty smirked in my face the whole time. Provided no resolution.Don’t waste your time or money.
Dirty and gross took 40 minutes AFTER the initial 20 minutes they said it was going to be ready. Manager said there was nothing they could do. Didn't even comp the meal or apologize
Usually no issues. Service was great. It was clean. Food was prompt. However, my bacon cheese burger was over seasoned, and bacon bits instead of bacon strips. That's why I could only give a 3 over all.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. It was 40 degrees outside and they had the AC blasting. Wings were like rocks. The entire staff was completely checked out. Food took forever. Place was dirty. Parking lot looked like a public dump. Basically nothing good to say.
