I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buffalo Wins and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the burgers. I ordered the smoked brisket burger, and it was hands down the best burger I've ever had. The combination of smoky, tender brisket and the juicy, flavorful patty was a taste sensation like no other. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the presentation was impeccable. The menu offered a variety of burger options, each more tempting than the last. The combination of flavors and textures was truly exceptional.
In addition to the outstanding burgers, the restaurant offered a diverse selection of sides and drinks that complemented the meal perfectly. The strawberry margarita was a delightful surprise, with the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a refreshing and delicious choice to accompany the meal.
The overall dining experience at Buffalo Wins was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. If you're a burger enthusiast or just appreciate great food and drinks in general, Buffalo Wins is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience
Very weird experience - we stopped by at 9 pm in a Thursday. We stood at the front behind another couple for ten minutes. Servers walked in and out from the kitchen but no one ever came by the front to seat us. Eventually we sat ourselves, and used the QR code on the table to order. A server never came by our table until we called someone over to ask about our order. Most of the tables around the restaurant were covered in food, stacked cups, dirty napkins. There seemed to be a ton of staff walking around the back, but no one actually taking care of the tables. Is this place intended to be a human free experience? Very weird. Wings are good!
We have tried the castle rock location multiple times with hopes service and food delivery would improve, but to no avail and at this point we will not be back. We were pleased yesterday that the empty tables were clean, as when we went on New Years, all empty tables were still full of trash and food. Our server yesterday was kind and attentive but had to keep apologizing about kitchen timing. We ordered drinks and our two kids meals as soon as we sat down, and ordered our meals as soon as our server brought us our drinks. 45 minutes later we still had no food. At 50 minutes we got ONE of the meals for our kids. Next kids meal and one adult meal came 10 min later. After an hour and 15 min, I still did not have my meal (a side of fries and some wings). Previous visits we could not even get the attention of our server - you get one shot to make your order and then that’s it. But this visit, I was cautiously optimistic because our server touched base multiple times. However, the food did not come out in a timely manner and it came so piecemeal that we could not enjoy our meal together.
In response to the companies reply: no I will not be doing more work to report this. Based on the Google reviews, this is not a one off issue but a chronic issue at this location. I'm surprised that based on the same issues being spoken about in review after review, that it hasn't been addressed yet. Do better.
Walked in to our local Buffalo Wild Wings last night with a party of 4, the host didn't great us and that should've been our sign to leave! He seated two other parties without acknowledging our existence. After being seated we waited 15mins+ mins before the staff came to our table( we watched multiple wait staff walk all around us). As we were getting up to leave our server arrived explained to us that he was assisting a large party on the patio(we were seat across the restaurant) and hadn't been notified that he had a new table. We ordered all of food and drinks at once. My child's toys arrived like warm. The Manager brought out our food with out sauce for the pickles we ordered or seasoning on 1/2 our wings. Also no additional plates were brought to place bones for the wings. My other child's cheeseburger came out without cheese on it. While our drinks sat empty and the wait staff ignored us once again I finally caught the manager attention explained the situation and nothing was done to correct the situation. Overall this was a super disappointing experience at one of our favorite places to go out as a family.
I’ve always loved B Dubs and we were so excited when they built one here in CR but it’s been an absolute bummer of a location. I understood the first couple weeks they were open but things are just not getting better. Whether we dine in or carry out we’ve had issues with literally every attempt to eat here. Love the brand, greatly dislike the location
My family went in last night and our waitress made it incredibly clear that she did not want to serve us. We walked in and came to get our drinks and rolled her eyes when we ordered. It took a long time for her to fill our drinks and came back to get our food orders but then just walked away when she saw one person was in the bathroom without saying a word. She came back almost 20 minutes later after we had to walk up to the bar to get refills on our waters because she didn’t come back. She took our food orders and forgot to put in food for 2 of the people in our group and when we asked about it she rolled her eyes again and went to the kitchen. She walked past us multiple times without giving an update or even looking in our direction. We were lucky one of the other servers came over to check on us so that we could get an update on the food and refills. We were trying to be polite and kind to her but she made us feel that we were not important and that she would rather do anything else than her job. We will not be back but huge thank you to the bar tender and the other server who checked on us when our server refused to.
My son and I tried the castle rock location again after a six month hiadous! The food was great the bartender and the survers were fantastic! The food came out quickly and perfectly done per our order! I’m glad to say we will come again! You must have had a change of staff, we will definitely be back again! Thank you for the upgrade!
Came in after lunch rush. Wings came out WAYYYYY too fast and separate from the rest of the order. After waiting for the rest of the food to come out, my food was cold. Wings also weren't hand spun. Had a gigantic glob of sauce. Piled on half the wings, so much so that they weren't edible. I refuse to fight sauce to taste the rest of my food. Waitress was awesome. Checked refills regularly and made sure everything was okay. Was able to refund the wings. Definitely NOT returning.
