Even though it was short staffed, the waitress was pleasant and prompt. We didn't have to wait long before getting our food. My husband and I both got burgers and they were DELICIOUS. The cooks outdid themselves tonight. J-Dawg was amazing and personable. Overall, it makes me want to eat there again.
Terrible place to work if joining the marines. Management will power trip and fire you for being a little late to work when getting honored for it at a mandatory ceremony. Even if you tell them ahead of time it won't matter. Get your wings at one of the many other restaurant chains around. They do it better anyway. Leadership is too busy playing the tyrant to worry about their food tasting good.
I generally like BWW, at all of their locations, this one was the exception. Service was extremely slow, and staff didn't seem to know who was our waiter or waitress. We were eventually service by someone who looked like a manager, and then an actual waitress. To be fair, they were busy, and I have been to busy restaurants before, its just bothersome to have servers walking by and being made to feel that we were invisible. One server walked by 5 times, and really seemed lost. He kept walking between the cash out and the back room, but never carrying anything more than a rag or a broom, neither of which I ever saw him use. The food when we did get it was delicious and exactly what I expected. The Honey Garlic wings were a delight and should be a permanent part of the menu in my opinion. I was told by my date, that they have been there at other times, and service was always on point. I will likely not visit this location again, or maybe give them a couple of months to see if training of what seems to be a new staff works.
We were here a week or so ago after not having been here in a while. It’s just a bit pricey during these rough few years so we hadn’t been in a while just due to price. When we got food here recently it wasn’t great. First of all, last we were there you got 4 ranch per order for the amount of wings we got with the bogo days but they almost never put all of them in there so we already knew this time to check. Unsurprisingly, we had to ask for the rest of our ranch, as usual. The surprising part was that, after paying more than $50 for 2 orders of wings and a small fry, the food was not very good at all. The wings were over cooked, crispy, and dry. We didn’t have time to mess with calling, driving back, and waiting again so we ate our dry crispy wings and decided we won’t be eating here again. It’s ridiculously priced already and there is NO excuse (especially as slow as they were) to get that kind of food when you’re paying that much money for it. Food and groceries are too expensive right now to feel like you’ve wasted your money on food that’s supposed to be a good meal and turns out to be, well, not good.
Had to edit my review to add that my husband just said they were the worst wings he’s ever had. He also said to take one more star off. ????????????♀️
The food was cold by the time it got to us. The services were really bad. The server spends more time at a table of employees of the restaurant than tending to the customers. We waited for drink refills while we watched to server joke and laugh with off duty employees. At one time, there were 4 servers all over there at the table. Well this BW3 will not be a stop for us.

@reply I already did that and they haven’t made anything right. I was told I cannot get my money back. Thus the general managers boss supposedly reaching out. Which they haven’t.

Had the worst experience I think I’ve ever had at any restaurant. We walked in at like 8:45pm maybe a little after just know before 9. Over heard only one waiter which cool fine. We re patient. Took a while before getting drinks. Cool fine again patient. Ordered finally after 9pm. We’re waiting waiting it’s now 9:30 nothing. Waitress has gone to the table there before us a few times. The table after us. Which were her friends. Ignored us. Finally my dad gets a refill on his drink. He asks what’s taking so long because still nothing and it’s closer to 9:45. She says only one cook and rudely walks away. We had no communication. Only knew she was the only waitress because my nephew heard her tell the table before us. Finally get food after 10pm. Three of the five people in our two check party got unlimited wings. It’s not our waitress to bring out our food. Someone else. Finally a few mins later the table after us, our waitress friends who ordered maybe 20 mins ago — she brings their food out. Then come check on us, So they instantly asked to out in a refil since the first food took so long. She took it. For taking an hour you’d expect your food to be hot, right? Nope my brisket tacos were barely warm. Cool whatever so hungry ate them. Turns out she went back and made their food and made sure they had great service. At first we were alittle annoyed by the wait but the biggest issue is we had no communication in the beginning. So they get their second order the first refil around 10:30. At this point my bf says no more because he’s over being there and doesn’t get more. Two other parties ask for another. She assumed no more puts them in gives us our check cool fine we were done. The other check with our party wasn’t. So finally get the second refil 10:45. My bf asks for a discount since he got one refil because of the poor service. She gives an attitude. Then my dad asks for a third refil at 10:50 cu she was avoiding us and yells saying you guys said you were done. I said no maam he did. The other person in my ticket. No the the other. She gets mean and stomps off. Finally everyone is done. My mom showed her the reward she had. She tells her to put her number in the receipt she’d get it removed. Runs my moms card the $6 off $25 wasn’t applied. She gets rude with my mom basically said she lied about having it when she literally looked at it. We ask for a manager manager gets loud with my mom finally we stop the pointless fight of crap service. Leave. As we’re getting in cars. Waitress come running out yelling “you didn’t leave me shit”. Well duh, after the crap service you expected a tip? Well we called the next day to talk to Marc the general manager and he offers us a credit. We don’t want to step foot back in this Buffalo Wild Wings. We want a refund. He said he can’t do that he’s contact his boss and they’d contact me back. It’s been several days now and still nothing. Save your money and go eat anywhere else for half the price and 100% better service.
Classic bar food is what Bdubs is known for nationwide, and it’s great to have one in rural Indiana. Choose your spicy level, watch a game, and have a burger or wings. Friendly staff and good food. Watch out, though those buffalo chicken tots carry a punch!
Completely terrible food. Emily, manager, called after i completed survey, promised a refund but we have never received the refund. Might as well put $100 in a shredder!
