Sign was out they weren't seating anymore. It was busy, so we asked an employee if the sign was right. Employee asked another employee ,who said pick a seat. We went to sit down, but told by Jeremy that he was just cleaning tables. He asked if we could wait till he was done, then he would get us to sit down. He sat us down , and was our server. So polite, nice, apologetic, fast, and efficient. He was delegating other employees for better customer flow and service. Jeremy definitely took what could of been a bad experience into a wonderful one !!!
Went to eat at about 5pm on a Friday night. Walked in, hardly any customers there so we thought we would get fast service. Our waiter Connor came and gave us menus and took our drink orders.
The menus were stuck together. That’s a little gross but okay.
He comes back and we place our orders for two simple items. 15 wings with sauce and a Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with no tomatoes. Connor asks if fries are okay. I asked if I could sub Mac & cheese instead and he said they don’t sub Mac & cheese. Anything else on the side menu apparently but not Mac and cheese. Okay no biggie I ask for tater tots.
We didn’t order any appetizers. On the menu it specifies that chips and salsa come with the wrap I ordered. So several minutes go by and I see our waiter and ask if I’m supposed to be getting chips and salsa. He says “oh you ordered tater tots so that was a sub for the chips and salsa”. HE asked ME if I wanted fries. He didn’t tell me that was a substitution for the chips and salsa. I would have just taken the chips and salsa. I just wanted my food so I told him it was fine and to just leave the order as is.
Our food finally came after what seemed like a pretty long wait. I get it, the kitchen sometimes is slow, no worries. I check out my wrap and it has tomatoes because of course it does. Okay kitchens make mistakes, I’m not ALLERGIC to tomatoes I just don’t want them on a sandwich, so I pick them off. I take a few bites and there is definitely not Buffalo sauce either. Now I feel like asking how my super simple sandwich could get messed up. It literally consists of 6 ingredients. I told Connor about it and just asked for Buffalo sauce rather than a whole new sandwich. I told him I understand sometimes the kitchen messes up. The rest of the meal was uneventful. The food was middle of the road for quality. When we got our bill I noticed we didn’t get offered any kind of discount or anything for my meal even though it was definitely wrong. So we paid $35 for 15 chicken wings (which were fine) and a chicken wrap (which was prepared wrong) and tater tots (which I didn’t really want but was misled into thinking that they were in addition to the chips and salsa listed on the menu). I try to be an easy customer but I feel like this was a big failure on Buffalo Wild Wings part. Connor still got a $10 tip because I’m not a jerk but I most likely won’t visit this location again.
The waitress wasn’t attentive at all. She took our food order, a food runner dropped off the food, and the waitress never returned to offer drink refills or to ask how the food was. I had to yell to get her attention to ask for the bill and boxes, as she was too busy bussing tables instead of checking on her customers. I would understand if she was busy or if the restaurant was full… but it wasn’t.
Connor Chambers is the best server ever!!! Quickly came to the table got our drinks and took our order and brought the food out freshly cooked! If you want a good server ask for Connor:)
I had to call in my take out order today due to online ordering being down. I ordered the nachos appetizers and added chicken along with another meal. When he read the order back he said queso so I corrected him that I wanted the nachos... he acknowledged and said yes, thats what it was. Well that was a lie. I got home and it was the queso dip with chicken added in and chips. I wouldn't trust them to get your order right.
I remember when the food was much better. I don't believe it's the locations fault at all, the quality of the product that the business was built around just is not the same and more expensive. This restaurant is very clean and great place to catch a game, there are TV's everywhere. Grab a cold draft and enjoy.
Check it out . Every Tuesday I ordered buy 10 get 10 50% off with traditional wings. Always arguing with 2 small tiny sauce . And always they charged extra money for extra sauce. I ordered sauce on the side but if they trying to mixed, they spend at least 6 caps of sauce. I want show the picture that I got today. Little wing also 1 peace and every Tuesday their wings got smaller and smaller.it’s their promotion, they need to provide same size of wings.and I just got 18 pieces.
Cheyenne was an awesome waitress. She took the time to apologize for not introducing herself right away as she was very busy. She got us blue cheese dressing right away when we asked for it. Shelby immediately came to our table as we seated ourselves and made sure we got a server right away! Definitely will come here again!
