Placed an order to a place called wild burger..... turns out it was Buffalo Wild Wing. Had I known that I would have never ordered. This is what I got. A ball of pickles dried out food and ice cold. We spoke to a manager there who absolutely made no attempt to help with the issues. She told us to call Uber and ask for our money back! I wanted my food made correct. Not my money back. Seems this establishment is out of employees who car. Very sad dining experience.
We are very patient people, but this location was horrible, we were so excited to eat BDubs wings, but we didn't see a hostess or waiters helping people for almost 20 minutes, 3 groups walked out before we did. It was the slowest Bdubs I ever been to and it wasn't even crowded. Now I know why.
Look at this celery, would you serve it. Very dirty restaurant. We were here last year and thought we would try again. We had to ask someone to wash the table they sat us at. The bathrooms are filthy. The chicken was good, however everything else was bad. Hopefully someone will help this location. You can order and pay at the table.
My husband and I decided to get a late lunch at the Buffalo Wild Wings near us. Neither of us had been before. We went into the restaurant and it was completely empty (no other guests). The only person we saw was a lady working the bar. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or not so we waited a while. No one came out so we decided we would just sit at the bar since there was actually someone there. As we walked to the bar I noticed someone came out and walked to the entrance podium and started staring at us. I figured he must work there so we walked back. He said we could sit at the bar. My husband asked if we could sit at a booth and pointed to one nearby he said it was closed. We asked if there was somewhere else we could sit and he pointed to the other side of the restaurant and then walked away. So we sat ourselves and eventually a waitress came and got our order. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, a wrap meal and a burger meal with Mac and cheese as the substitution for fries. My husband asked if they could cook the burger rare (or as rare as allowed as most restaurants have a standard of how rare they can go). The waitress told us they can only serve them well cooked. For a $16 burger you should be able to have it cooked as you like or as close as possible I would think. But he said it was fine as he wanted a burger. The onion rings came out pretty quick. Shortly after she brought out just my wrap which I thought was strange because usually you serve all meals together. I started eating and about ten minutes after she brought out just my husbands Mac and cheese which was clearly microwaved. He ate that and I finished my food and still no burger. We waited about 20 minutes after eating for the burger to arrive before we decided to just leave. I found another waitress and asked for our bill. She was very nice and said she would take the burger off the bill since we never got it. After we paid and we’re ready to leave the burger finally came out. They said they would pack it to go and we could have it. The burger was way over cooked. Overall was not a good dining experience
Very disappointed in my order! Asked for no onions no guacamole & no pico de gallo because I’m allergic to onions! Please can you read the order I really don’t want to end up in the ER!
Would give no stars if possible. There were 3 of us, my wings came out wrong twice then took them back and tossed them in the correct sauce, by the time I got them they were cold. The bartender was terrible also doubled as our waiter... also terrible. Chicken tenders came out with no sauce. We asked for extra napkins they brought bar napkins, they were out of regular napkins (a wing restaurant!!!). Got tired of waiting to pay the bill, so walked to the desk and the girl said she had to get our waiter and I said don't get that bartender. After she left another girl came up and took care of it with no problem, great on her. A big thank you to Chris who did do his best to help us, you need more staff like Chris and he is from a Sarasota location!!!! Worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been to and I travel the united States for work. Just awful.
I have two complaints that I’d like to share publicly. First, I ordered BOGO wings on Thursday 5/23. I placed the order at 11:15 am and was notified it would be ready for pick up at 11:40 am. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:45 and my food was not handed to me until 12:15. This is completely unacceptable. I am only provided a 30 minute lunch and was late arriving back to my job. I was very close to asking for a refund and leaving but I understand it can be busy, so I grabbed my food and went on my way without saying anything to anyone. One week later, I decided to give this place another chance and boy was that a mistake. Today (5/30) I ordered BOGO wings once again. This time my food was ready in a timely manner, but I was not given what I ordered. I placed an order for 10 BOGO wings and only received 10 wings total. Your promotion on Thursday clearly states you buy 10 and get 10. Due to both of these circumstances, I will not return to this location ever again. You’ve lost my business.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I put in an order and waited over 2 hours to get my food and the majority of my order was wrong. They had a nice young man working at the To-Go counter, but they did not train him well as he had a hard time working the computer to take my order. Only one server who kept stopping by to tell us it's almost done, and that one if the cooks quit. I say we as there was another guest who had waited 3 hours for their order. All this waiting on our food, yet the server was able to seat 4 separate tables all of whom got their food and left WHILE WE WAITED!! So they definitely were not worried about our to-go orders.
Oh and they dumped sauce in the boxes which made them soggy and let food and sauce fall out into the plastic bag which ripped and leaked in my vehicle. Not to mention when I finally sat down to eat, ALL of my wings were covered in the hottest sauce, even though I ordered Classic Buffalo and Mango Habenero, they decided to add in the hottest sauce on top of that which made the food inedible.

This place should be shut down. Multiple employees told us the management was horrible and mean. I will never go to this place again, and I might just avoid BWW all together from now on, as they obviously don't care how their restaurants are run.
