We had a very disappointing visit to this Buffalo wild wings. The wait on everything was horrendously long. The service was mediocre at best.
In our group was 4 adults, 4 teens, a two year old & a baby.
I had ordered hot water with lemon. I was brought a hot water with the tiniest slice of practically a lemon rind. Then, after ordering and drinking the water we sat for 45 minutes, not even being checked on. We had ordered mozz sticks and cheese curds, which we anticipated to come out as appetizers. They did not. Moreover, almost everyone sat without a drink for over a half an hour.
When my friend finally caught a gentleman who was the manager. He went back to the kitchen "to check" on our food and immediately was able to bring us our entire order. Upon receiving that order, we received a much larger disappointment.
The food tasted like it had sat back there for an extremely long time! Everything was cold. The cheese of the mozz sticks broke in half indicating how cold they were. I paid $10 for 5 cold cheese sticks. That is $2 per cheese stick! The cheese curds were also cold we recieved 14 of them for $11.50. That's 82 cents per cold cheese curd. Then over a dollar a chicken wing for what tasted like barbequed breading. The wings were tiny, cold, had barely any chicken in them and are literally the worst chicken wings I have ever received from a restaraunt! When we received our food we asked for refills because we were very thirsty again by this point.
My refill on my hot water with lemon was only hot water with 0 lemons this time.
When the manager approached our table to ask how everything was my friend said respectfully, "Honestly, everything is cold and tastes like it's been sitting back there for a long time." He then lies to us and says "No it came off immediately and i trayed it and brought it out." We did not engage, because we are well aware food doesn't come off of a grill cold.
We came hungry & thirsty and left hungry & thirsty.
I must say we are not typically ones to complain, if that tells you anything about how bad this experience was.
Save yourself the time, the headache, and your pocketbook and go elsewhere!
My visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Birch Run was profoundly disappointing, marred by both the service and the quality of food served. I had ordered 15 boneless wings, with a clear request for a lemon pepper dry rub on 5, and the rest to be a mix of Asian Zing and Honey BBQ. What I received was a glaring mistake; the lemon pepper wings came drenched in sauce instead of the specified dry rub. Upon raising this issue, the server, while admitting to my having ordered the dry rub, offered a so-called solution that was laughably inadequate – returning shortly with a plate where 5 wings were haphazardly tossed with some lemon pepper seasoning on top.
The situation was further compounded by a 40-minute wait for our food, which is excessively long under any circumstance. When the food did finally arrive, it was only lukewarm, signaling a serious lapse in both kitchen efficiency and quality control.
After expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager conceded that the effort to amend my order was, indeed, poor. She offered to remake the dish, but by then, my appetite had been soured by the experience. Opting not to wait any longer, I declined the remake, requesting only that the incorrectly prepared wings be removed from our table as they were not what I had intended to eat.
This entire experience highlighted a significant shortfall in both food service and customer care at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It's disheartening to witness such lack of professionalism and attention to detail in what is expected to be a reputable establishment. Future patrons might want to think twice before choosing to dine here, lest they encounter similar frustrations.
I enjoyed my visit there from the host daisy, who was very nice and polite, and the atmosphere of the servers especially. Emily and Sarah with them being very attentive with my presence and I could not mention the fact that the guy server, I believe his name is Justin, just wow I’m glad had the chance to visit this location. I’ll be back to see all you guys soon. Thank you again even to the ones I could not see very well put together place you guys have
Meredith and chuck were running around touching tables. They were smiling and super nice. The restaurant smelled so good and the bathroom was clean. The servers are hot.
Food is always great at any bww I visit. Only downside is the wait for the food and to be seated was longer than usual. Server was really nice and helpful
Buffalo wild wings in birch run
Started off good. Got to my table, while the drink was wrong, it was not due to the waitress, my drink was delayed after the mix up, a bud light tall boy.
We ordered our food and started with the onion rings, the large platter, they came out nice and hot, fried nicely with a nice golden brown color,
Our food came out hot and ready boneless wings were a little over sauced and my woman's wrap was poorly wrapped (wrapped relatively loose for a wrap) food was amazing however, and everything seem to be in order.
Waitress was tentative, Grace, she had a nice Hustle through the floor and checked to make sure all is well, she was present with a smile, and an amazing attitude. Grace did not present our food rather another waitress: Gabby, she was quick and efficient, I would rather one waitress attend our table as my tip would go to her and not the other waitress. Overall 4 stars cleanliness, friendliness and hospitality were all above the normal and recommend this Buffalo wild wings if you are ever in the area
Delicious food! Prices went up and the menu is slimmed down. The Boneless wings are expensive and doesn't come with a side, so that was a disappointment. Kids menu could have better options. The strawberry lemonade was very good! Overall, would still go back, but maybe during lunch for better prices.
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. Elena was so very nice, friendly. She answered our questions, was patient while we figured things out and always checked to make sure we had everything we needed. She did an Awesome job
