My family and I ate here Saturday 4/7/2024 on our family trip to myrtle beach and our waitress Halie was awesome and we were sat very quickly and she did her job so awesome!! She handle a table of 18 all alone.Thanks for taking care of Ms. Halie
Had a good experience. Hamburger and wings were very good. Prices are getting a little crazy, wings are coming down in price. WHOLESALE. But since covid everyone is taking advantage. Service was great. No issues on wait time.
We ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger, also the brisket burger. Our mushroom and Swiss burger was so salty could not eat it. Taste like they poured a whole bottle of salt on it. Then what should have been brisket burger was a regular hamburger. Very disappointed. Will not waste my money again
Went here after a maternity shoot on sept 16th with family. They were really busy, they usually are always busy lol. However your seated quickly and the staff is very good at communicating about the time of food. Our waitress made sure she checked in and let us know food was being worked on etc. She apologized for the wait on food. The staff and food is always good here.
Atmosphere is equal to every other BWW I’ve been to in the country. Quick to get your game on a TV, which is 100% staff. If I’m at the bar they check in timely; fantastic staff. I’m a fan of the traditional wings and chips and salsa so I can’t say much about other items; but always good size wings and plenty of healthy carrots and celery. Definitely our favorite BWWs in the area.
We love BWW because they have the tablets for the kids and it keeps them occupied. We we're waiting for our hotel check in so we took our time. Our waitress was great and was on the ball with anything we needed. They had some great games on and the food was very good. I always recommend the cheddar bites with Carmel sauce - I promise this will change your life! Love that they give a military discount! Def recommend if you are looking for a good chain restaurant!
I chose the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, fried of course and not one if my favorite decisions. The sandwich itself looks amazing. The sauce is flavorful with a couple of red hot pepper slices underneath the chicken. In my opinion, the sauce just overpowered the sandwich. It was good but not something I'd order again. I'll stick with the regular crispy chicken next round.
The service here sucks. We were sitting over in the bar area and the waitress we had didn't even come to our table to check on us. We had to stop others just to get service. I will never come back here again.
