Food was good. I thought they were good size portions
The place seems chill and vibes were great. The lighting gave the restaurant a brilliant eat and enjoy a drink while you enjoy your appetizer and meal after. If you don't drink you have the satisfaction of a great meal. They will accommodate where they can if you have allergies to things. The service was great very amiable and explained what the meal had when we had questions about any item on the menu.
My wife and I walked in and it was maybe half full. We ordered food and drinks when we met our waitress. We then watched the restaurant fill up. I watched a family of six come in, sit down, and order. We waited. Got our drinks after awhile, and then waited and waited some more. I then watched the family of six get there food before our measly 16 wings we ordered. We then waited another 10ish minutes while the other party had been chowing down. We finally got our food, ate as fast as we could, paid, and left. We were told the manager would come and talk to us before we got our food (aka plenty of time for a manager to come) but they never showed up. As much as I wanted to voice my opinion about how disappointed I was, it was already 11:35pm, I had already waited over an hour and a half, and I wanted to go home. Also, our wings were just meh. Not very warm and SUPER hard. This is my formal complaint to the manger. Be prepared for large parties, yes, but don’t forget about the small parties as well…
So I took my 10yr old son to the Sturgis, MI location for dinner for his birthday last night. The whole experience just started off feeling very rushed. As soon as we were seated, with literally 5 seconds of having a menu in front of us, we were asked what we wanted to order and when I asked for a little more time it seemed like it was the end of the world and then as soon as our food came out the bill immediately followed it was only 4pm so it wasn’t real bad dinner rush hour at that point. Anyway, my son ordered wings and onion rings which he loved, and I ordered the new mushroom swiss burger they have. I cut it in half and took a couple bites and after one of the bites I bit down on something really small but really hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a piece of glass! I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I was horrified! The server was walking by as I was taking it out of my mouth and asked how we were doing and I showed her the piece and she took it from me and I’m assuming took it to her manager. She asked if I wanted them to make me a new burger but at that point I wanted no part in eating anything from there. She came back with an updated bill with my meal taken off but not one time did the manager come to me to apologize or anything which I feel was very poor customer service and unprofessional. I did tip the waitress good because it wasn’t her fault but I definitely will not be going back.
Sluggish service despite there being only a few people dining, but the staff was friendly and kept our drinks full while the cooks made some pretty tasty food. Our server made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going good.
I came in for dinner after work (11pm) the bartender closed out the bar at 1145 without informing guests. I would not recommend going here. All they cared about was their close and not the guests. After I asked my server that I felt upset that I wasn’t informed that they were closing early she was talking bad about me to the bartender. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning(I was a weekly customer.)
Figured I'd add a review here so Corporate may possibly see it. Ordered burger/fries and Mac and cheese through Doordash. There's no option to request condiments or cutlery so we have to rely on the restaurant to put it in the bag. Ketchup and fries are a pretty common combo. I'd even pay for it if it was an option. But, maybe that's the new way of things. Pay more than menu price, get less. After all, it's a lot easier to short us than the person at the table. Thanks mediocre sub par corporate chain restaurants and your barely capable staff.
The food was good - once we got it. 40 minutes to get a simple dinner. Our waiter told us it was 90 minutes the night before.???? Ordered the super sampler and a chicken wrap. Good, but not worth the wait.
