We waited an hour and a half for food that was lukewarm at best. The server also went out the back door 3 times during that waiting period. We ended up not being able to ask her how much longer our food would take. Due to that, we ended up walking to the kitchen and asking ourselves. I understand a Thursday can be extremely busy and unending. This doesn't excuse waiting an hour and a half for food. Not to mention the 20 minutes we waited to even get drinks. Absolutely outrageous. I've worked in the food industry for 7 years and have yet to encounter something this horrendous.
We go at least every other Friday to sit in the bar & just relax. DeWayne is an awesome bartender! We love him! He’s always on it! The food is always fabulous! Beer is always ice cold & delicious! Also, a clean restaurant!
Not a fun place to spend your Saturday nights. My wife and I wanted to watch the ufc fights at a sports bar and unfortunately chose this establishment. The prices do not reflect quality of food or quality of service. I’m fine with paying high prices for a quality product (I actually prefer to do business this way) but I am not ok with paying high prices for an abysmal experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant chain because of the experience I had this weekend.
Server was not polite or friendly in any sense of the word. Didn’t greet us. She just walked up and said what do you want. Didn’t ask if we wanted the check she just put it on the table without asking. I wanted to stay and keep drinking and watching sports but apparently our time was up that night. If the bar was busy I would’ve understood. If the restaurant section was busy I would’ve understood. This place was nearly empty when we arrived and when we left. I am now understanding why. No one wants to work hard all week and go out for a Saturday night just to be treated like filth and pay inflated prices (16 bucks for a burger and 11 bucks for 6 wings). It is a terrible feeling when you feel ripped off and unfortunately my wife and I both left feeling this way. The sting of the experience is still fresh in our minds hence this review.
I ordered the jammin jalapeño wings and they melted my face off. I’ve had these wings at least a dozen times before and they were never this hot. When I asked for a different sauce I got an eye roll and outreached hand which apparently meant for me to hand her the plate so she could replace them. We did stick around to watch the end of the ufc event even though we felt our presence was unwanted and a burden. We did leave the standard 20 percent tip. We both have worked in the restaurant industry before and this is as low as we will go for a tip. The fries came out cold and unseasoned (we asked for the dry rub) and the food runner said I ordered all flats when I did not. I told her this and she pointed to the one drum on my plate and said oh well there’s a drum. She was also confused on if the food was at the right table which I think reflects on the server putting in orders incorrectly.
I could continue on about the terrible service we received but this review is long enough for you to get the picture. My wife and I have unsubscribed from the email list, rewards program, and will not be returning to this chain of restaurants ever again. Money is too hard to come by to waste it on terrible experiences such as the one we had at this establishment Saturday night.
1. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge We were there to be seated
2. 1 of our drinks was basically water and the waitress was upset we asked for another one.
3. We waited OVER AN HOUR for our food only to be told she forgot to place our order. When I our food finally came it wasn't even what we ordered.
We love bdubs but not this Anderson one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
My friend and I have come here a few times with our little ones and the service is always awful. Today we overheard 3 servers arguing about who had to take our table AT THE HOST STAND ????????♀️ A server finally came to our table after almost 10 minutes and was very clearly annoyed that she had to serve us. My friend also placed a to go order and our server never put it in (this has happened to us twice here).
The food was great and for 10 bucks you can't beat it. people need to know what happy hour looks like here. Jayme is celebrating 19 years here.. she rocks
Food was amazing, waiter efficient and cute, wanted the Dirty Tots but they were out! I settled for my usual, cauliflower was on point, boneless wings were okay a couple were way more breading than chicken. Around 5pm and was zero wait, quick service
This is the Worse place to get food from!!! You'll wait over 25 minutes to be seated. Don't think about ordering to go. You'll still wait forever just for them to walk up and say there working on it and there is no one dining like that. Parking lot empty
