So sad. The service was terrible. It didn't seem busy 7 tables w no more than 4 people. At least 2 servers, one bar tender and the host.
3 in my party. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar that took longer then getting our nachos. The nachos , I added a picture, had little toppings. We ordered two 20 piece boneless wings and a burger meal.
The chicken was hard, and very little sauce. Very sad.
When I went to use the bathroom it was disgusting, added picture, there was something on the bowl. The other toilets except for one were covered with toilet paper either in or all over the floor.
I did try to get a manager to speak with but after waiting 15 minutes I had lost my patience.
Our waitress and other staff were absolutely amazing. There was a couple kitchen mix-ups and they went above and beyond to fix it! The one dispute we had with the menu is kids meals are only served with milk. Having three kiddos with us with milk allergies they should offer an alternative! Food was yummy! Kids loved it! Fries were the best part!
Ordered boneless wings in multiple flavors and food was great as usual. The order was exactly how ot was ordered too. Great place to hang out with family, friends or alone based on individual preference. Options for tap beer are also great and probably more than anything else in the area. The atmosphere is always great and there almost always are sports playing on all TVs
The Bartender was great. Everything else was subpar.
Walked in and waited more than 5 mins at the “please wait to be seated” sign. Then when someone did address me finally, they said “1 for dine in?” I said yes and they proceeded to say they couldn’t seat me because they don’t have any servers. SERIOUSLY?!? 2 hours to close, and no servers. My only option was to sit at the bar. Service by the bartender was quick and great. Although my water glass had a chip in it and the menu was dirty. But I guess the little things like that explains why they aren’t busy and can’t afford help throughout their business hours. Got my order of wings and they were pathetic!! So dry, I thought I was eating beef jerky. And small too. They probably shriveled up from over cooking.
The bartender checked on me and I gave her an honest-ish answer. She quickly said she would have them cook more for me. When they brought those out, they were much better. Some towards the bottom were still quite dry, but overall it was a great improvement. This isn’t a BWWs I would recommend trying though.
When we first walked in we were told there was only a 2 minute wait, but we ended up waiting about 25-30 minutes. When we asked the guy at the counter how long the wait was, we were then given attitude but were finally seated shortly after. I understand they were low staffed, but no need to lie about the times..
Food was a bit of a wait, but the Classic Crispy Chicken Wrap was delicious and service from Serena was great.
I've been here two times with my buddy and what a fun time it was. The service is pretty good and the boneless wings were delicious. Also, do not think you can handle the hottest spicy sauce... That thing doesn't play around.

Do NOT order their DoorDash. $50 for the saddest shriveled wings I’ve ever seen in my life. Only ordered a 6pc wing (p sure I ordered boneless and received bone in anyway) a side of wedges, a burger and a small side of fries and again it was like $50. Actually awful
This place has gone downhill so bad. BWW used to be so good and idk what happened. Ordered from door dash...they failed to let us know they were out of chicken so instead of letting me know, they gave me a refund. However, I'm hungry and mad. The street tacos are burned, they didn't give us our sides of ranch we ordered and the fries were hard as bricks. This place is all unacceptable and we won't be back here!
