Normally, I have zero issues with my order from this location. Tonight, however, I’m less than happy. I paid $2 extra to get onion rings with my wrap, and this is what I got. 4.5 onion rings?!?! This is unacceptable. Please do better.
What a fun lunch! Been back home for a bit and decided to stop at a reliable option. Hannah, our server was awesome. Incredibly on top of service and incredibly funny and bubbly. ???? Crystal w. was also super helpful in assisting us alongside Hannah.
If you want good service taking a standard table rather than bar side is the move. Its not the staff's fault, but there is just too much to focus on for them. The wings are always alright, I'm a fan of their burgers but I wish they had more customization options right on the menu, always like their wedges as well.
My go to beer is usually cherry wheat but last time I was in there was too much added cherry juice so it wasnt great.
Food was delish, appetizer was fast to come out, actual food took a while to come out. Service was a little scattered our waitress was kind of inattentive, and forgot things.. like napkins and drink refills. Overall good tho. She apologized over and over.
First time visiting this location and I gotta say super disappointed. The booth we got was filthy, we were literally sitting in crumbs. Daughter ordered extra wet boneless wings and they weren’t even slightly covered. We had to ask twice for extra sauce and then just gave up… you can literally see they’re dryer than Ben shapiro’s wife. Smh $100 dinner and we left hungry. Service was also super slow and just not a great experience over all.
Service was good...food unfortunately was not...not for the prices! It says below what food do I recommend....nothing! I only give it 2 stars because the service was very good.
Not happy . Came here with my boyfriend and sister , we got seated and our sever came over and got our drink order but then we waited 10 mins for our drinks and got them then we ordered and waited over a hour for our food and the people across from us was a party of 8 and sat after us and they got their food before us . When we got our food the boneless wings were cold and had barely any sauce on them . We got all done then waited 10 more mins for the bill when we asked and took awhile for me to ever get it back . Not to happy about this didn’t speak to a manager because at that point we just wanted to leave .
Sorry to say but this location doesn't work for us, wing's were not tender,tasted like they're reheated and don't think for the price I would come back to this location. Service was OK but slow - need more staff. They don't have specials like the one we go to on mound Rd. The rest of the food was cold and nothing tastes fresh. There was only 4 costumers in there at lunch 1.45 pm will not return.
