Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat with the kids. Came in and waited ten minutes for the host to arrive. I told the host we needed a table for 5 people. The host explained to me it would be a twenty-five to a thirty minute wait. The restaurant was empty, so I was a bit taken back. The host explained that there were only two servers at the moment. We were unable to be seated at the moment. We decided to wait.
Walking to our table, I immediately saw how dirty the floors were and tables. I assumed people were just finishing eating, and no one came as of yet to clean tables, but I was wrong. While waiting for our server, no one came to clean tables around us or the floors. There were napkins and pieces of food on the floor everywhere. I swear the floors looked like there was a food fight happening. The only reason I stood is because I waited long to be seated, and I had the kids who were getting inpatient and hungry. Plus, they wanted to eat wings.
Our server finally made it over to us after 10 minutes of waiting for a menu. She apologized for the wait and explained they were under staff at the moment. We started out with drinks. We ordered Pepsi and Shirley temples. For appetizers, we ordered mozzarella sticks, ultimate nachos with chicken, and everything pretzel knots. Shirley temple drink was watered down. They used seltzer water instead of ginger ale. Mozzarella sticks were cold. There was no cheese pull whatsoever. The cheese was stiff. The pretzel knots were nothing to brag about. They were bland. I did not like the cheese sauce it came with. The mustard sauce was good. The ultimate nachos were good.
Now, moving onto the main dish. We ordered the traditional wings. We ordered the honey garlic wings and regular mild sauce. We ordered the all-American cheese burger, a side order of house salad. From the kids' menu, we ordered the chicken tenders with French fries. The wings were cold. The mild sauce had to be my least favorite. All you taste was a batch of hot sauce. The honey garlic was pretty good. Now surprisingly, the best thing we had to eat was the burgers. The burgers were really good , it had lots of flavor. My youngest child had the chicken tenders from the kids' menu. He liked the fries but the tenders not so much. He was struggling to eat them. They were a bit hard, not tender at all. The house salad was good. But we had to keep asking our waiter for her not to forget the ranch dressing.
I'm giving a two star only because our waiter was nice and the burgers were really good. Other than that, i would have rated this location a one-star or zero stars if that was possible. This location needs some kind of management support. They definitely need more workers and cleaning workers. I'm pretty sure if the health department comes, they will shut them down immediately. If out in front was dirty for everyone to see, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.
I’ve always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings up until today. I went as a party of three for the unlimited wings and fries for $19.99. We sat down and a waitress came over to take our order after maybe 10 minutes. After 35 more mins, our first order of 10 piece boneless wings came. I guess I picked the wrong sauces because both the thai curry and nashville hot were not that good and quite salty. We ate and made a second order of 6 piece wings. I picked the teriyaki sauce next thinking this would be the redemption. 40 more mins passed. Turns out the teriyaki wings were even worse than the first order. Fries were loaded with salt. And the wings were heavily salted and overly garlicky. I stopped eating before I even finished. I asked my two friends if I was alone with my bad experience and they expressed the same.

Food was just delicious and they were killing it. More than I expected from Buffalo wings. Service was great depending on the food and drinks. Although I have to say the company policies just are unacceptable about letting no people over 21 in after 10pm. Atmosphere was fine, but it is located in the middle of a shopping mall so vibe Is kinda killed after you work through that to get to the restaurant.
In general it is decent and I would only recommend it if you are looking forward to the food :)
Nice place with typical fast food of okay quality, served with a broad selection of beers and in the whole place surrounded with TV's broadcasting sports and funny home videos.
Everything was good, food was great. Wings and fries were crispy which I loved! Atmosphere was awesome. Nice place to cool down with friends, only thing is. The table was kinda sticky when they sat us down. That’s all. Beside that everything was a 10/10
Never been at a more dirty and unorganised BWW. None of the tables were clean when I arrived. Items were not placed on the table but thrown. Food is served without napkins. Staff was not rude, not at all even, but very uninterested in even providing the tiniest bit of service. The food itself is more than fine, so that’s something. But the dirt. Beyond belief.
Wings came out cold and was just okay. Mozarella sticks were stale and the cheese was stiff. The onion rings came apart too easily. Nachos were cold. Appreciated our server but felt like things were a bit disorganized. Best thing about our meal was the honestly sauce.
First time ordering Buffalo Wild Wings. I definitely recommend if it’s your first or in general to look online for the flavors etc as the menu in person is kinda tiny wording size. I ordered a to go order with the BOGO 6 pc get 6pc free Thursday day. Flavors being half half Parmesan & Lemon pepper both NOT DRY but saucy. Cashier was direct and simple. The cook.. BLESS THEIR SOUL. I was suppose to get 12 pieces but received at a few pieces extra coming to at most 18 pieces. BLESSED FOR THE EXTRA ????!! I’m definitely coming back cs the cook did it’s thing on the flavor and food! I spent 13.05$ total including with 2 sauces on the side.
