Good place to watch the games and meet up with friends. I ordered Beef Barbecued Brisket Tacos.
An hour and a half for burgers and fries for 2 people! Waitress took our order, brought drinks and disappeared. Food was barely warm and we had to hunt down someone so we could pay. It wasn't very busy, I see no reason why it took so long.
Unfortunately ZERO stars isn't an option for a rating. Our server needs to be fired! He never came back to see how everything was or if we needed refills. Waited over 30 minutes for him to bring my check. Had to find someone to tell them he isn't doing his job. We ordered 2 orders of wings. Both were HORRIBLE!! So burnt that we couldn't eat them. You would think they know how to make them since WINGS is literally in their name.
Went here for lunch and the place was clean and low crowd. Service was fast but not too personal. We got a couple of burgers and an appetizer that were just great and not over cooked. Bottled ranch for a dipping sauce in case anyone wanted to know. (House made ranch is always better). Had not been to BWs in a while so seeing that the menu offers more than just wings was awesome. Would likely be going again ????
Wish I could give this review zero stars, as it was in my top three worst servers of all time! Isabell the bartender took my order and took my card and that was IT! I had to go to the waitress station myself after waiting 20 minutes for a refill as it was empty. I got my check five minutes after food and not even close to being done. The restaurant was empty pretty much! She was more worried about complaining about the manager and dropping the F bomb more than myself and pull up her pants so it gave her a wedgy every two minutes. She wasn't doing that she was inputting her tips and counting her tips and checking her phone.! Waitress had to go behind the bar just to get her drinks! After looking at Yelp, I can see why this restaurant is struggling. I have to say that the owner needs to start firing and getting people that know customer service! First rule customer service you never ever curse out on the floor and definitely don't complain about management or customers can hear you. The biggest rule is make sure your customers drink is filled! It's sad when the customer Hass to go to the waitress station to get his own refill! Management get your store together already!!!!!! looking at your Yelp you can tell you are failing!!!!!
Decent food, horribly slow for the food to arrive and for the wait staff to check on you.
Bought 50 wings to take home to try as its my first time. Wings taste good but only got 1 out 2 sauses that i paid for. Leaked to the bottom of the bag and no carrot or celery for sides as it was supposed to come with. Not worth $65 +tax for first time eating there
I ordered delivery on Mother's Day. The order was an hour late, was missing 2 items and ALL sauces (30 wings, cauliflower, & cheese curds with no ranch). Doordash was going to do a redelivery, but when the 2nd dasher got there they said 1 item had been 86'd.
I then called the restaurant to personally inform them and was told by the girl who answered that she personally packaged that & knows the sauces were in there. Like I need to lie about sauces? I then asked for her manager who backed this waitress, basically saying I'm lying about getting sauces & that there was nothing they could do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
