Terrible service, they never give me what I ask for, and they never give me carrots and celery. I ordered 12 wings with the sauces separately and they didn't add the sauces. very bad service ????
Think about your life! Buffalo Wild Wings sure won't! I ordered through Uber eats. I specifically ordered no bacon on a 15$ salad. To my utter disgust bacon was mixed in the salad. It appears as if on purpose. This has happened before from the Pendleton Pike Store. I have a severe food allergy to pork. Anaphylactic reaction and sadly death. Choose LIFE! and will never recommend this Restaurant for delivery or for any other catering needs I may have in the future.
I love BWW wings but no matter what store I go to, my order is 30 minutes or more later than the stated time it should be. Years this has been happening, I rarely order from here for this reason. I dont know why I keep trying. So the food is cold and I can't even give it a good rating either. And, of course the tip is prepaid.
I ordered doordash. They didn't include my carrots or ranch for the cheese curds. They also completely messed up my order. I had 15 boneless with lemon pepper and honey BBQ. I received 10 traditional wings with mild and lemon pepper. My receipt on the bag was right. What was inside was not.
Just Horrible. I did an online order for 7:50p pick up time and my card was charged. My husband went to pick up my food. He gets there and there is a sign in the door that’s says closed immediately and then they say they don’t have my order when it went through online. No apologies or explanation just ‘we’re closed’!!

Worst place ever! Ordered ahead. Got there and it took them 25 minutes to even ask my name while my food sat there. Then, when I finally get my food, they verified the last 4 digits of my card so they could refund me for the sampler appetizer they didn't have. So now my husband's food I have is cold, and I didn't even get mine. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to this one
It's so unkept the table's are always sticky and dirty, staff doesn't greet and could care less to serve. They serve like they're afraid to run out of supplies, and they have no paper trays to separate wing orders. It's just not great service anymore.
