Came in yesterday Wednesday and I was told there was 2 tables ahead of me and it would be a 45 minute wait which it was fine. Even though their was plenty of tables empty I figured since I only saw 2 Servers it was enough for them with the amount of people already there. They are so understaffed. I got there at 9:12pm and got called in for my table at 9:50pm and wasnt served till close to 10:40pm. The server was great but for someone to come check on us after we got seated even after we waited took literally 20 minutes to get menus.
This place is terrible, deserves to be shutdown. No matter what, there is always something wrong whenever I order. 2 days ago, I ordered hot wings and fries. I was delivered wings with barely any sauce with POTATO WEDGES instead of FRIES. Today, I ordered hot wings and fries. Wings came in looking like I ordered no sauce on the wings. I go and get them replaced asking for FRESH WET WINGS, they make the wings overly wet, the cardboard wants to break AND to make things worse the wings were COLD. I have never written a review for anything but this place is SO BAD it made me write one. This location needs to be shutdown already.
Worst experience. We sat down, ordered our meals, got our waters and plates.
We literally went to the bathroom to wash our hands to eat (not even 2 minutes worth) and when we came back they had cleared our table (including our keys).
We sat back down and waited for them to return our waters and silverware and over 10 minutes passed. Our waiter never checked on us once. We had to stop him to get our waters back, our appetizer, boxes and check.
When we were leaving that’s when we noticed that they had taken our keys when they cleared off our table. When they gave them back to us. The trunk to our vehicle was wide open.
As a side note, we witnessed a couple just up and leave (didn’t even eat their food) because service was that bad.
First visit . I ordered hot wings , carrots and celery because there was no lettuce to order a salad. Then the waitress came back and said that there was so good. Place is empty during this time which surprises me. It is nice and cool in here. The food was ordered but came out separately. It came out cool not hot , dry overcooked chicken with sauce, fries were stale or fries that were sitting. Asked for the manager . He ( Julio) was pleasant and had the exact words I wanted to say. I would not come to this location again.

I can't believe someone in the kitchen would give this out to customers. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. This was truly it, I had it with BWW.
Everything was so good. The wings were delicious we had mango habanero sauce and Asian sauce both served hot with fresh cut french fries. We also had a nachos appetizer and it was really good which went well with the wings.. We will be coming back very soon. The service was great and our server was on point.
Hello good evening I did post earlier message that I hear from my friends about this place that has different food options to choose from. Am from the Northside of Chicago there is no restaurant like this place with so many different option specially Puerto Rican food as an option at this location. Me and my son we had a wonderful time and maybe next time I’ll bring some friends of mine‘s with me
Service was good dining in but if you are placing your order to go or to pick up. be careful where they have your food anyone could pick up and walk out with your food which they did to us that were sitting here waiting for them to remake it.
