had to go back on here and edit my review after previously having a poor experience! i went here i believe 7 months back and got the bogo wings on a tuesday. service was decent from what i remember, but drinks were left empty a couple times — which does not go well when eating Wild wings lol we also got a few wings in that batch that were.. concerning looking. dark in certain parts, and seemingly undercooked in others — and just trying to munch on them made my partner sick to his stomach. i know bad batches come in sometimes (a server myself), but my kitchen will weed out things that don’t look right, or simply write off the whole box. its a hit to the restaurant, but you need to reconsider the quality of food you’re giving to your customers — and lord help you if the quality isn’t right during a customer’s first time at your location. it definitely made me second guess what they had going on back there. so we packed up and left, and just said we’d go back to our usual spot next time.
but my significant other and i love BWW wings, especially the Wild sauce so we decided to give THIS location another shot. we went this past tuesday night (01/09 9pm) and this experience definitely turned it around for me. i cannot remember our servers name (short black hair) but she was so sweet and attentive even though we could see she was slammed with tables all over the restaurant — but her positive attitude never changed. top tier server right there, don’t let that one go! the wings were delicious, and nothing looked wrong with them this time lol we got them extra wet and i almost forgot how spicy the Wild sauce is — but soo delicious. tuesdays at BWW has become a tradition for us every few weeks so it’s nice to know i can comfortably come to this location, which is closest to my house! we’ll be back for sure.
This has become our new go to Buffalo Wild Wings location. The service has been great each time we’ve gone, and the food has always come out fresh and tasty. The restaurant itself is clean and the bathroom was pretty clean. We will definitely return to this location in the future.
They should be ashamed that they REFUSED to put the sound on for the LOCAL Tampa Bay Lightning game during the PLAYOFFS in favor of the NFL draft. The entire restaurant was there to watch hockey. NOT a great sports bar for hockey, not even showing on the big tv's. ????
I ordered the traditional wings twice with sauce and on both occasion the wings barely had any sauce and lacked flavor. Both times I ordered the wings taste almost plain. I don’t think I will order a third time there.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer care at this BWW. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Despite having an ZERO wait I was left waiting for my food for 40 minutes without any acknowledgment or apology from the staff.
When I finally did receive attention, the service was rushed and careless. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than addressing my concerns. When I tried to ask questions, I was met with dismissive and rude responses. It was as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not be returning.
When I tell you the food comes out quicker than a fast-food establishment, let me tell you what... that's steaming hot food right out the fryer is delicious! HOWEVER, if you go online they don't have the same deals when you dine it. You'd be better off placing an online order to-go. BECAUSE the smell of their dining room carpet is so off putting you won't want to eat in there. You can tell it has not been cleaned... in years probably.
The salad was all dry and pink. Bread crumbs were hard as rock.
No coffee available.
The fries were tiny.
Fork is really cheap paper thin, cuts into your fingers.
Server gives wrong order, and not attentive. They rushing in and out, not listening to what you really need.
Sitting here at the counter for 15 minutes and no one has bothered to even ask us to be seated. The young lady finally comes out and asks can she help and I politely said wow we have been waiting here for over 15 minutes, her response is do you have a take out order and I told her that I'm dining in and her response was we don't have hostess working. I have never been to a restaurant that has a dining area but no one to assist us with seating. A recommendation to the owner put up a sign that states seat yourself download the app and hopefully someone will assist you.
