Was here for the Tuesday buy 10 traditional wings get 10 half off and boy did it hit the spot.
I got 10 teriyaki and 10 Honey BBQ mmm mmm mmm. And a Pepsi. This is a Pepsi establishment and I'm so glad they are.
Staff were friendly and kept my cup full the entire meal.
I've been here quite a lot recently. The hatch queso and chips are a fantastic appiteaser(spelled it that way on purpose people????)
Chicken tacos as well as the brisket ones are great. You can swap out the chips and salsa for fries if you like too.
*Side Note: They use beef tallow to fry their foods for all of you trying to stay away from seed oils. *Also a PEPSI establishment
Emerson location continues to be a major let down. Haven’t been to this location for well over a year due to slow terrible service. It takes an average to two hours just to get a meal or to get your food. Went in for lunch hoping things were better. Literally waited an hour not even refilled on drinks once still no food had to leave because who has tome to take a two hour lunch break? This location continues to be a joke. If you want better, quicker and accurate service. Go to the Franklin location they know how to do it the right way. No need for a manger response or some empty apology on this thread to make yourself look better. Just simply fix your broken store.
Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenwood was a great quick drop in for dinner with the family. Atmosphere was great for conversation with an occasional glance at all the various tv screens showing different sporting events. The staff was friendly, service was good and quick. They had enough food options and variety for the family. I had boneless wings with honey BBQ sauce and the classic burger with tater tots. All was delicious. I recommend adding it to your list if you are in the Greenwood area.
Had a terrible experience last night at this store. Manager held a wall up the hour we were there. Had them take off an appetizer and my beer that never came to my table. Waitress took our order gave us our food and bill. Never checked on us or gave us refills. I have never not given a tip at a restaurant in my life till last night. Even after the Manager took off the appetizer and beer not once did she even move from the drink area. 3 different employees were on there phones hiding in the kitchen entrance or in the drink area with the Manager. Currently on hold with them for over 10 minutes waiting for a manager to pick up the phone..
Fantastic food, excellent service in a beautiful restaurant. I had the chicken wrap with mild sauce and a side of chips and salsa. My husband had a burger with fries and 6 wings (parmesan garlic). The prices are great for the quality and quantity of food. The flavors are awesome! Our server did a great job taking care of us. There are very many big screens around the restaurant with dozens of different sports events on display! It was not crowded on an early Tuesday dinner. We really enjoyed our meal. I recommend this restaurant.
We had a table for two and got sat immediately. Our server was Morgan, she is amazing! Very attentive and quick. Food was great and came out in a timely manner. It was a nice stop during our road trip. 10/10 would recommend, shout out to Morgan!
Got to the restaurant at 11:20PM, they closed at 12:00. Was told we could not order anything from the grill. That left pretty much just wings. Three in our party of 4 wanted other items such as wraps and chicken nachos. Was told they couldn't do that. Very poor service. If your not going to offer your full menu after 11:00, then don't stay open until midnight. People are so worried about getting out early that they penalize the customer for it.
The food tasted wonderful and the service was excellent. Really enjoyed the hand breaded tenders with sweet bbq and garlic parmesan sauce. The cheese curds are sone of the best ever.
