Cheers to Cheryl Thomas for the superb hospitality, drinks, food, and changing the big screen to the NBA game! Hands down was the best BWW I've ever been to! I had beers on tap, a double shot of Whiskey, Asian Zing wings, and a big juicy hamburger with fries! Everything came out on time and perfect temps! "I'll be Bock"!!! ???? Oh yeah, the atmosphere was super clean and the staff was friendly as can be!! Thanks Cheryl ????
Went there and watched a few NBA games. I wasn't expecting much out of the ordinary until the cocktail I ordered arrived!
Was the absolute best Black Cherry Margarita ever!!
Both (yes, I had two) were identical in taste, which means the awesome bartender (Rashawn) is very consistent with his ability to make fabulous cocktails!
Along with many others as well, I'm sure!
I am looking forward to my next visit to experiment with a cocktail "Midnight In Tokyo" with him!
I did have food as well, but it's not important enough to mention atm... lol
Let's focus on the cocktails lol
I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to make one after my experience here. Now, I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings quite a few times, but this occasion was memorable. Our server, Bonnie, was nothing short of amazing! She was extremely friendly and outgoing, letting us sample many beers and sauces to our content. She was extremely attentive and constantly checked in to make sure we were taken care of. The food came out hot and fresh and she was a true professional my entire time here. If you're near LSU and need a good, quick bite to eat, go to Buffalo Wild Wings on Highland and ask for Bonnie! 5 star experience that won't disappoint!
The first time we came by to eat here and it was empty. After 5 minutes of waiting by the host stand to get sat, no one came so we left. This time around we got sat after about 2 minutes of waiting up front, but at a table with dirty napkins and wet seats so we moved. Our server, Bonnie, came to greet us but seemed a little off the entire time. She got our drink order then another server came up to us to ask the same thing..
Bonnie comes back after 5-10 minutes with our waters. Another 10 minutes to get our one red Bull that we also ordered. Mind you, it wasn’t busy at all. We placed our order and when it finally comes out we see that one order was wrong & we were missing our carrots and celery. She wasn’t the one to bring us our food and doesn’t even come to us until we are almost done eating one of the plates. She gets to us after about 20 minutes of already having our food. We tell her one is wrong and her response is that she “thought” we told her something else and that “maybe she should’ve asked which one we wanted”
We finish our food as we are waiting for our correct order to come back out and we even stack everything up for quick bussing of the table. She brings out the correct plate and LEAVES THE DIRTY ONES!!! Like we did the work for you?
The entire time she was not attentive, seemed confused for no reason at all. Maybe it was a bad day? Who knows. To top everything off, as we ordered, she asks if we wanted ranch; when we got the bill at the end, we see that we are charged for 4 ranches. I feel that it is the responsibility of the server to let the guest know when there is an up charge for something like that. We also didn’t ask for 4. It was only 2 of us. Anyways.. we left Bonnie a more-than-20 percent tip because (im a server) and know that they only get paid 2.13-2.15/hour. But the service was unacceptable and will most likely not return to this location.
I delivered for this BWW, and I had to wait 35 minutes later than my pickup time. The waitress was nice and kept me updated, but damn the whole place had like one table dining in. I watched four people come in after me, ordered after my delivery was posted, and left as well. THE ORDER WAS ONE BURGER AND FRIES.
I never write reviews, however, I'm hungry, frustrated and I gave your restaurant the opportunity to fix this error, but instead the manager chose to pawn this off on an employee. I ordered more than $30 worth of food. I received dry wings with legitimately zero sauces. I’m traveling for work and cannot come back to get the sauces. Advice from you? Call Uber and ask them to reorder the sauces on my behalf. By then the food will be cold and even less enjoyable than they already are. Not only this, but you are putting the ownership for fixing this on me. YOU should contact UberEats where you advertise your delivery service and YOU should fix this. It should not be on me to fix your mistake. I WAS a frequent customer (mom of three boys) at many of your nationwide locations. Not anymore. I simply will NEVER come back. Not because of the mistake. Because your manager failed to fix it. Customers should not be held responsible for fixing your mistake.
I really love Buffalo Wild Wings and usually I don’t experience any issues. But my last visit I had a large order and we dined in. I also placed an order to go as well. Well my to go order came out before my meals that we were to eat dining in and the waiter had the audacity to ask if I still wanted it. I was extremely upset because I felt he should have known not to put the to go order in until after we had gotten the food we were to eat. It really rubbed me the wrong way. However, he did fix it again and I checked to assure they didn’t just give me the same burger. This was very upsetting though.
I previously went to the location on Bluebonnet, which had horrible customer service so I decided to try this location and it wasn’t much better. I was able to get seated easily (which was an issue at the Bluebonnet location), but the service was bad. 1st, my margaritas weren’t made correctly (no salt or sugar on rim, no lime in drink). Although the drink was made incorrectly it was still good so I didn’t complain. 2nd, I asked for a dessert and instead of telling me that they were out of ice cream (half of the dessert that I’d be paying for), my server still brought out the dish and I had to send it back because I wasn’t informed until I asked about it. 3rd, my friend ordered wings and the chicken was dry. He also was not informed when ordering that the restaurant was out of ranch. 4th, I decided to order a burger since I wasn’t pleased with my appetizer and was still hungry. I asked for a simple burger with mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickles, and bacon which my server seemed confused by. I got my burger and the bacon was missing. By far one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve had. It was not worth my $50 gift card and my $7.22 that I paid out of pocket. Decent customer service is not hard to give. More companies and employees simply need to care more.
