I ordered BDubsGo and wasn't let down. The salt and vinegar dry rub was just enough, not overly seasoned. The service was fast and friendly.
The atmoshphere.... well I didn't it in but the view from the back on the neighboring parking lo! Outright gorgeous.
Food is always great. Even though it's usually busy, there's never been a wait for a table or food. Everyone is always super nice and the food is awesome. A good cheap house beer, but they have some local craft beers as well.
I chose the Classic Cheeseburger which was excellent with great fries and 6 boneless wings for $1 when you order any burger!! The wings were fantastic!!
Two adults. I got a beer, 15 wings, and potato wedges. My wife got 6 wings, a burger and fries, and a water. Total before tip was about $69. Wings were pretty good, the potato wedges were disappointing, the biggest wedge was about the size of my pinky. I would have assumed the wedges were from the kids' menu. I ordered blue cheese dressing, but got 3 mini cups of ranch.
The wings were a bit pricy, but I was OK with this, until I got the bill. The wings were about 22.99 for 15 wings, but then they added $1.50 for each mini cup of ranch dressing (which said blue cheese on the bill), which was not disclosed on the menu, and no mention of price or quantity of dressing by the server. Between my wife and I, if you do the math, this was an additional $9 that was not disclosed beforehand. And I didn't receive the blue cheese dressing.
Submitted my concerns on the website, no response or follow up. Don't pretend you're going to 'make it right' if you can't deliver.
First time here. Took forever to be seated. 15 minutes for the waitresses to take ours order. Another 10 minutes for our drinks, for 2 people! Not sure when we will get our food ????
Tables and floors are dirty, place is not busy!
AC works great. Polite staff. Tasty food. I ordered the loaded nachos, add pulled chicken and guac. Only thing I would have liked to have had was coffee.
Food was good, took awhile to come out but we had a huge party. I was happy they waited till everyone food was ready to bring it out so everyone was able to eat together. Our waitress Hope was awesome. She was great and had a great attitude the whole time. She made our experience awesome! Thank you Hope!
The University Town Center Buffalo Wild Wings store regularly fails to include the entire order or serves cold food, even with delivery times taken into account. Do not recommend. Go to the Suncrest store instead.
