Outdated flooring, needs new paint, off number of pillows, lacks decor, front desk workers are polite, kind and ez to talk too. All in all what I would expect for the area and price, nothing to ACTUALLY complain about ????
Save your money, sleep in your car. The staff are less than accommodating. Staying here was one of the most jarring experiences I've ever had. I stay in hotels across the country for work and almost wish I would have just kept driving.
But then I never would have found the Fireworks store in the same parking lot. That place was awesome! They had a huge selection and great prices and the staff was SO knowledgeable and helpful and courteous and just great all around.
But this motel is definitely on my Do Not Stay Here Again List.
We payed for our room and we brought our luggage in and went and got something to eat. When I got back to the room I ate my food and took a shower. I got ready to lay down and pulled the cover back, to find a pile of dog poop in the bed with the bed made up. The employees were not accommodating at all. She pretty much implied the I put the poop there.????????????
Amazing Atmosphere! Family friendly and clean rooms. Don't forget to stop in and eat or have a drink at the newly renovated Midway Bar and Grill also!
If anything Im giving it a 1 for how understanding and nice the owner of the building was, other than that the rest of the stay was horrible. We lived near the 310+ rooms and the residents had a loud dog that would bark all day n night if left alone, it was horrible barely any sleep, the dog even charged at me once but luckily it was a friendly dog, but anyway neighbors are rude and lurk in the halls. Moving on to the rooms it was okay but they had roaches!!!! after a few stays even mold started to grow from the bathroom ceiling, guessing from a leakage, our room was just an unfinished experience. Now moving on to the staff, I only loved a few which were 2 white ladys w locs or dreads, idrk but props to them they always made me feel welcomed, the rest of em can rot in a hole.
Call for cheaper price I paid $60 not $85, Room #122 comfortable bed, clean, no bad smell I have extraordinary sniffer, if your picky move on ( no fridge microwave, coffee pot ) needs upgrade I was pleased for the price! Truck stop with restaurant next door ????????
We stay in #119…It’s not fancy room but everything is okay - only I can say is they need to upgrade their carpet in the room…it’s near to the restaurant and our truck park near the room we stay. They gave us a discount for truck drivers. The staff are all very nice and quit area…
This place was severely run down, old stained carpets, toilet broken, people living here full time and playing cards on a table in the hall, no desk, no phone, no microwave (contrary to description), smelled, trash laying around in the halls and outside. Very rough feeling. On the plus side, hot water, clean comfortable beds, inexpensive and pet friendly. I’m a fan of cheap hotels but due to trash and disrepair would not stay here again.
