The Buckhorn is awesome! Love that they have breakfast on the weekends. We always have found the bartenders to be awesome! They are hard working for such a busy crowd on most weekend days. Lately they've had a lot of events happening during the week that they advertise in the bar, I'm guessing locals really appreciate that. I recommend the chicken - yum! Most menu items are terrific!!! They have specials too!
Stopped here on a Thursday afternoon with 15 other SxS riders. Completely overwhelmed thier capacity, but they delivered the food as quickly as they could with only two employees working. Reasonable prices and good bar food!
Just had drinks here. Bloody Mary’s are fantastic. Atmosphere is nice. Bartenders are quite unfriendly however. It’s one of this situations where you feel like you’re bothering them.
Friendly bartender. Food was good (but as others noted, wasn't as hot as it could be. There must be a delay getting it out from the kitchen). Drinks are reasonably priced. There is a wide selection of food and drink options. They have a pool table, darts, bonus hole and TVs. There is an ATM on location. There is also plenty of parking. This place is located right on the Atv trail. There is a beach volleyball court outside along with about a half dozen picnic tables.
Has that small town feel. On a major highway thru town. Friendly staff and customers. Wasn't busy. Does have a kitchen.
They got unexpectedly busy early on a Thursday early afternoon. A bit of a wait because they weren't expecting that many people to show up all at once.

Had a great time there with my son. Power went out, and we and l enjoyed talking with ever!
