Buckeye Auto Repair went above and beyond helping with a blown tire during a road trip. My family was passing through town and had a hole in our tire and Ramzi not only took the time to check it out but patch it up and get us back on the road within minutes. We ended up needing a new tire and luckily his quick work allowed us to get us where we needed to be safely. Super kind, helpful, and we greatly appreciate you taking care of us!
I had a great experience with Buckeye Auto Repair! Ramzi (owner and mechanic) reached out to me on Facebook after I posted about needing some repairs and he got me in within TWO DAYS. Not many places get you in and out like that. He also got the work done in such a timely manner. He had great customer service, was very responsive, and was very kind and outgoing! He even offered to introduce me to another business owner for auto body work I need done. I am very pleased with my experience and happy to see such a solid guy running such a solid business! Will definitely continue going to him in the future. On top of all of that, his prices beat NINE other mechanic’s quotes. How great is that!? AND all of his work comes with a one year warranty!! I’m sure you can tell he’s great if you read the reviews online, but if you come across mine, I definitely recommend Ramzi with Buckeye Auto!

Did my brake lines for me last week and got me my car back way before expected! Him and his staff were nice and helpful. Owner seems like an honest, hard working guy. which is hard to come by these days. I'd definitely recommend this place and would go here again.
If I could give a lower rating. I would. They had my car for 3 weeks to replace rack and pinion. The car is worse than when we took it it. Now, oil is leaking from somewhere , which wasn't the case before and the steering isn't any better. Communication was awful. Do not recommend!! They also charged 100 dollar "shop fee" because we didn't pay cash. The only way we couldn't be charged is if we paid cash. Ridiculous!
Three months is how long your work lasted, 3! The rack and pinion broke while my husbsnd was driving, luckily just coming off of the expressway. Due to your negligence! The mechanic states that you did not properly affix
the rack and pinion causing stress on it. So, not only did you cause more issues you didn't even fix the one you were paid to fix properly. You should be thanking God right now that nobody was hurt or killed or this would be a very different conversation involving lawyers. In case you were wondering we do not wish to fulfill our warranty, we want our car to be safe to drive and not a death trap!
This shop is great and they are honest and very reliable. Will definitely be bringing car back.????
Ramzi is a great mechanic. Efficient diagnosis done when I brought my vehicle in. Parts delivered promptly and service done within an hour. Friendly group working here. I still have a few things needing to be repaired that I will return for in the future. I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else.
Called and got front brakes and rotors done same day. Very fast and friendly. Good honest people. Would recommend to anyone that has a fear of taking their vehicle to a shop. Be sure to ask for Ramzi.
