Yes! They are honest about the work they will do for you. I have known this family for over 20yrs. And I got my transmission put in and services there back in 2018 still have not had a problem with my 2007 Chev. Suburban. 5 star service. Go ahead give them a call or stop by. Monday-Friday 8-5pm tell them Ms. Kim sent you.

I would just like to thank Billy and the staff at Bucks Transmission. My model car is not one that is on their service list, ( Honda). Billy, the fortunate one that received my phone call when I was calling to inquire about diagnostics, was most kind, informative, and took the time look at my car. Yes, the trans is a goner, yet he supplied me with some helpful advise, part locations & shop he himself trusted.
I call that going above and beyond, also if there was anything that was close to the Christmas spirit and the kindness this world needs so much more of, I was on the receiving end of it today.

To those of you looking for a consult on your transmission, I would not hesitate to call. The gentleman that recommended me to this facility, was a stranger, and told me he would not in a million years recommend anyone else. So I am going to have to say thank you to him as well.
This is a family-owned business, over 50 years. This is a shop that takes pride in what they do. Who still practices the good ol American way.
Everyone was so nice and took great care of me and my vehicle. Work was done quickly and they even referred me to another mechanic when I was having an issue they don't typically fix. Great people here and you can't go wrong if you go to Buck's :)
Took my old school chevy and my ford to get the transmission screens changed and they both are running smooth as ice...
I've purchased multiple older used vehicles in my time that had transmission issues. Each time one did I would bring it to the guys at Bucks and not only would they get me back on the road, but made sure to do such a good job that years later many things may have broken but it was never my transmission after that. Very professional and knowledgeable guys, would recommend them to anyone.

Generally speaking the call was kinda disappointing seeing as how they didn't tell me over the phone like the other shop did how much they'd charge for a new one. An he'd have to test it to find out what transmission was in it. Which is easy to identify just by looking at it no test required so asking the owner of the if they knew never happened.
Rebuilt my transmission at a fair price. Fixed another shop's mistake on my truck, no questions asked and didn't charge me for it. Buck's is the best. There'a a reason why they've been in business for so many years. I'm well-versed in mechanical repair, and Billy spoke to me without any BS. If you want honesty and integrity for your transmission needs, you go to Buck's.
