Bubbakoo's Burritos has a few ingredient variations that sets it apart from the likes of Moe's, Chipotle, and Qdoba.
Some of those things are some fun and tasty sauces and dry flavorings like BBQ and Nashville Hot to add to your meals and also some currently rare ingredient options like fried cauliflower.
Like most other food chains, they also have an app. It's a great way to figure out what your order is going to be without waiting in line and asking tons of questions as to what's available. The app also comes with benefits of a loyalty rewards program, free cookie on your birthday, and other little perks. I got a free order of chips + queso with my rewards club sign up.
The parking lot is busy and I ended up parking a good distance away to get a spot.
I think the fountain drink prices are pretty high - I paid about $3.25 or so for a small fountain drink cup but ultimately the value is still good for meal overall.
If you want a fountain drink but order through the app, you might have to order the drink separately. There wasn't an option to add that to my mobile order.
The location is clean and staff is friendly.
I am not a picky person to begin with. But this was a Terrible burrito entirely FILLED with rice. I paid for extra steak and there was hardly any steak to begin with. Burrito does not even come with a sauce on the side. For a place that has the word BURRITO in the name it did not even come close. Last time ordering from here.
Food is terrible. I had 4 bowls and 2 egg rolls and 1 fries. Only the eggroll was somewhat ok. But still it was oversalted like the bowls. And I mean its really salty. The chicken was too dry and the sauces i had which was the siracha ranch were salty as well. I wanted to give this place a shot as I love qdoba and chipotle and this place had options that neither of them had. But unfortunately I won't be eating here anymore as the standard chicken bowl is terrible. I think they need to do a taste test on their own and review their own products. It could be the chef or whoever mistaken an ingredient with salt. But as a first experience it's terrible. I should have looked at the reviews on Google before ordering on ubereats. I would have not ordered seeing all these negative reviews. But that's my mistake for not doing my due diligence.

Visited the establishment for lunch. Great atmosphere and ambience. The employees were respectful and welcoming. They made my meal with no complaints or errors.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Interesting how all of the negative reviews are claimed by the business owner as fake reviews. I shared a similar experience - abysmal customer service even when my order came out incorrectly and I was charged incorrectly. No biggie - but a simple sorry goes a long way, and ditch the attitude. I ordered from this restaurant regularly on Uber eats and I would recommend doing so unless you don’t mind being treated horribly. Food is not bad though, so keep that up! Maybe transition to online only? :)
Edit to include screenshot of my CC charge from my IN PERSON experience: I physically walked into your restaurant, interacted with your staff in person, and carried the food out with my bare hands. I meant that I have a history of ordering online, but this negative review is in reflection of my in person experience. Please stop making excuses for your horrible customer service, frankly it is pathetic. If you want these reviews to be more positive, then train and monitor your staff. And note the 2 charges because your staff forgot half my order and had the audacity to huff and puff at me for coming back in again! Lol
It was my first time ordering from this place, I used Uber eats. They were having a BOGO free deal for their burrito bowls and love chips, so I ordered for myself and my boyfriend. The bowl was pretty good actually, the only complaint I really have is that it could’ve used more protein, I had to dig through all the rice for a few pieces of meat, but everything tasted fresh. Now, let me talk about the love chips. The love chips were AMAZING. I ate them as if they were a drug. Since they were BOGO free, I got both the caramel ones and raspberry ones. Both were so good, I don’t know which ones I liked more. I’d honestly order again for just those. I still look forward to trying something different next time, but not a bad place at all.
Came in and seen they were still cooking the chicken. I said take your time I’ll wait for the chicken to be cooked. The man said it’s okay and tossed the chicken over my rice. Red flag number one I guess… after that there were barely any sauces. Lettuce was slightly brown. These weren’t the usually workers it was the older man. The younger workers usually do a good job. He gave me 3 pieces of jalapeños red flag number two. I go home and start eating.. and the chicken was either all fat or under cooked. Could barely rip the chicken up with my teeth. A lot of it was just fatty. I had to remove all the chicken to the side because at that point. Who the hell would eat such a thing honestly…
2021.04 big portion. Taste ok. Earth friendly food tray. Quesadilla is really good. I ordered rice. A bit watery, believe that is is salsa. Rice is too much water.
