If you’re loved ones are using this service beware!! Van 98 was following me way to close and traveling at 80mph in a 55mph posted speed zone on US 51 north of Millington traveling southbound. This is wreckless driving and endangerment to public safety!! Why would you do this in a non emergency transport vehicle? This driver needs to be terminated immediately!!
This is the worst service we have ever used. They don’t care that they are working with elderly and handicap ppl. They don’t care about making them late for their doctor appointments and they make up all kinds of excuses as to why they are 2 or more hours late picking them back up when they told you they were on their way. They do not value your time but want you to value theirs. Some of the drivers are nice that’s why they get a 1, but some are just horrible they don’t want to assist handicap ppl. They have very rude dis-batchers, they need some customer service training. It is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! They are taking the government money and that’s all they care about. I don’t know how they are still in business.
If there was a negative star, I would select that! If you love you family member or friend that needs a non emergent transport, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. They are late getting patients to appts, then do not want to wait for their appt to end. They will leave them and not come back to get them if it is close to end of day. The employees are rude and hateful! It is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!!!!
I love this company because they are very nice and will help you out and I will use this for my doctors appointments in Memphis Tennessee and Dyersburg Tennessee or Jackson or Bolivar or Stanton either one because they are treats me with respect and I likes all of them because I like how they call you and let you know that they only way and they will knock on the door to let you know that they are outside and they will wait on you until you get dressed even though sometimes I get ready early I like to have they wait on you we'll be happy to use this company
This is the ABOSOLUTE worst transportation I have ever come in contact with. If I could give them a no star review I would. Thank god I don't have to use transportation but feel so very sorry for the people that do. On a daily basis this company leaves patients at my place of work and has no respect for anyone or their time. I was told specifically by the OWNER that it's not their responsibility to keep up with people. This place shutting down would be a god send. I wonder if the news would report on this issue??

I am convinced that your dispatch has no understanding on how to group rides going in and coming from the same directions. This could save on gas and promote customer satisfaction.
There is no reason I am sitting at the Medplex on Madison Ave and watching multiple BTW vehicles going to and fro. Please get it together...

They USE TO BE RELIABLE...BUT AS YOU GET YOUR POCKETS LINED YOU SAY TO THE DEVIL WITH YOUR CLIENTS...GRANDBABY HAD A SURGERY APPT @ 5:30 am they didn't show nor called I had to pay someone to get her there LATE.!!! Why have a contract with the State if you say f*** the people who helped you get Rich...Sorry to say & we wonder why Black owned Business aren't supported...Sad just sad....I rate y'all -00000....Sorry As Hell
Smh. How are drivers not equipped with GPS in their vehicles? My appt was at 9:00, I had been waiting since 8:00 for a lost driver. I am 30 minutes late for appt. Now, I have to wait to be worked into the schedule.????
