My experience with this tow company and their service was AWESOME! Mr. Edward explained everything he was doing. Took good care of my car when it was being put on the roll back. I would use this company again. They were fast and had very good very communication the whole time with me. I really appreciate their service and working with me in my time of need. Customer service was great and Mr. Edward ensured my safety while waiting.

First time having a flat tire on the side of a highway, pretty anxious since it was at night, and I was traveling alone. Edward was willing to come out and put my spare on when no one else was comfortable doing it that close to the highway, his communication was great and he made me feel at ease. Edward also had me follow him to a gas station so I was able to fuel up and he checked my tire pressure for me. I still had a long way to go and he offered to put a used tire on for me so I can get home and had me follow him to his shop l, he did it right then and there had me back on the road in no time I think all together maybe set me back 3 hours on my trip from the time my tire blew to when he was able to get me back going. Was very grateful to him! He was very kind.

Super mechanic that works hard to solve problems. Does not give up until he knows the job is done and done right. Also, a very kind and respectful man.

He worked on or 35 foot motohome putting new pulleys, compressor clutch on AC and ended up changing out the catalytic converter which went bad at same time. This man worked under the motorhome in mud even. My wife and I can not come up with all the great words to describe "BOSS" as he goes by.

We consider him and his wife as blessed new friends.

Edward towed my vehicle after a accident. Currently, the vehicle is at his shop while he is repairing the damages. My insurance company wanted to total loss the vehicle but he was able to convince them that the vehicle was repairable. Edward’s patience and customer service are excellent. I am excited about the finished job. I can’t wait to see it!!!

My car died on me on I-77 around 10pm. I needed to be towed to Charlotte. Every other tow company told me they couldn’t do it. BT&Z came through fast and had me in Charlotte in no time! Really appreciate them. Not sure of what the prices for other tow companies is, but I’d imagine they’re all roughly the same. 5 stars for being available, fast and professional!

Fast and excellent service.

I called BT&Z and spoke with Boss. He was at my truck in 15 minutes and loaded up my utility trailer which had a flat. He hauled it to my house and off loaded it in no time.

Give them a call if you need fast towing or hauling done right.

They did the paint job and replaced a cluster, motor in driver door, headlights, bumpers, pulled out dents etc. All I’m saying is one call that’s all. This company said what they were going to do and perfected the craft. All this work done because a buck(deer) decided it wanted to step out in front of me. These people has made my car brand new all over again. Humble energy and all. So you looking for someone to take car of all bodywork on your vehicle as well as what they specialize in this would be the place to come. Guaranteed good work in a timely manner. Let’s not forget works sociably with insurance adjusters to insure you receive the proper services that’s needed for your repairs. #TYBOSS

He spent 2 days helping me and my co worker get our work truck out of the mud 450 feet from any pavement! Gave us rides to our hotel and back to the job site the next day too! ???? recommend
