Fantastic food! The service is very quick. Only gripe they don’t have sausage links and food is warm not hot, but I really like the food! The Mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever had! The cold sides were good. I got the cucumber mix which tasted like some vinaigrette. we also got the brisket, pulled pork and ribs which was smoky! My bf thought the meats were dry/chewy although I agree but I still like it! Would come again.
I rarely experience 5 stars but this place deserves it... Austin took care of myself and my wife with amazing hospitality.
Now let's talk about the food....
Never disappoints. The brisket is always tender and super flavorful. You can tell the cooks were taught by a master of bbq. Cooked at a perfect texture and temperature.
The fried chicken..... man... juicy and just crispy enough. The meat almost falls off the bone! I mean Jesus this place can't go wrong.

I've always been a soul food fan but the soul food I was eating never really touched my soul the way I felt it needed to. B.T's Fried Chicken earned the title as soul food. The flavors of the brisket were blended to perfection; the brisket was perfectly juicy, the fat melted like butter with a smokey aftertaste that tickles your taste buds, and the sauce gave a modest compliment to the meat that tasted like a nice high-five. And then the Mac and Cheese continued to exceed my expectations. The common creamy texture with an element of gouda would make any Mac and cheese connoisseur smile.
The interior of the restaurant was very welcoming and homey with friendly staff, great music and great vibes. I definitely would recommend visiting if you're in or near the Worcester area and taking a seat if you've got the time.
Doesn’t match the location in Sturbridge. However the service was much better and extremely friendly. Brisket was a bit dry and the fried chicken was a bit too greasy in comparison to the original location (had gone there the previous week).
Still worth the visit if you’re in the area and craving bbq
Big man incoming.. saw the 1/4 rack and said let's roll.. got the potato salad and the greens..
Huge smoked perfect ribs bigger than my head..
The greens are mixed with smoked pork shavings giving them a smoky lemon flavor you have to try.
The potato salad isn't the norm as they are in a nice creamy sauce..
Get a menu don't stand around just head to the window and order they serve it right up on the spot on a tray. Try the sauces they are also unique..
BTs is consistently delicious! Over the past 7 years, we have eaten there, gotten take out for parties, and ordered simple delivery and it's always great. The cucumber salad is so fresh and we love it. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a BBQ fix in the area. The fried chicken is legit. Great quality and care.
Super loud hard rock music playing when we walked in to pick up our take out, thank goodness! I love all music but this is not the place to blast heavy metal angry rock. We were standing there for a while before anyone bothered to acknowledge us. Nobody else there and only one order sitting on the counter. Brought it home and it was AMAZING!! We ordered the brisket dinner with 2 sides: collard greens (cooked with brisket), black eyed peas which was more like a salad but it worked great! Cold with chopped peppers, onion, and tomato. Mac and cheese, chicken sandwich. Everything was very tasty. The brisket was not fatty and I had a good portion. All and all, I will order again because of the value. Other bbq places are a rip off. But we will order to go!
Texan approved BBQ. Austin was very welcoming and even showed me the smoke house (which is VERY cool). Had the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs with slaw and Mac for sides. Absolutely textbook BBQ. Good mesquite flavor balanced with some milder sweeter hardwoods, perfect bark, nice tender and moist flat (lean part of brisket) which tells you all you need to know about a bbq joint. Mac and slaw are also perfect. Have a variety of sauce styles to suit your tastes including some great vinegar sauces which is what I like. Only complaint is it makes me homesick.
