I really appreciate the help and explanation of work that was done. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional with me. The work was done in a very timely manner and I was very pleased with the final results and with the bill. I had a 45 year old car and they took good care of it while they had it. I would highly recommend them for auto repair issues.
Severely misdiagnosed repair quotes and staff either was lazy or didn't know what they were talking about.
Took my new-to-me car to get inspected over the course of a few months. A transmission issue quoted at $3,800.00 was repaired for free by myself in my driveway. Ended up being a transmission kick down cable (if the staff sees this it might save some embarrassment down the road). Good thing I didn't say yes!?
Misfire quoted at $600.00+ ended up being a damaged spark plug wire fixed for $15 in the driveway.
After my last visit I found tools in my engine bay and wires disconnected didn't want to bash too hard but the lies the staff fed are what led to this review.
I just bought a used car and it had the check engine light on. Tom was very friendly and knowledgable. He fixed my car in a couple hours and now I've got a used car in excellent condition. I will be bringing my car back for any future repairs.
I was from out of state on a high adventure trip with a van full of your men from our church youth group and we broke down on the freeway. Rob was willing to fit us in on the same day and the price was very fair.

Hey friends, I just want to let you know about my experience today with Bryant automotive in Stanwood. I had my vehicle towed to their location near the Les Schwab, on account of it making a loud screeching noise when driving. They accepted it same day, looked at it, and took care of the sound, which was caused by rocks being stuck Underneath the brake parts and said I got really lucky because they could’ve done some damage. They did it all for free!
Whereas advanced automotive, said I couldn’t have it looked at until the Fourth of July. So I’ll definitely be back to them with any repairs, wanted to let you all know of my good experience. Thanks!
Friendly, detailed communication. I ended up needing warranty repair at a dealership instead, but this gentleman still provided all the info I needed and treated me like any other customer! I would 100% recommend this place.
My check engine light came on, started flashing, car was in "limp-home" mode. I had a serious engine problem. Bryan was able to make room to get it looked at. We agreed up front to pay for one hour of diagnostic time. It wasn't an obvious problem, took several hours of mechanic time to investigate. In the end he determined that the cause of the problem was beyond the scope of his shop. Hours of labor are not cheap. Bryan didn't charge me for the extra hours. In his words, if the problem wasn't fixed then the customer doesn't pay. Wow! These hours of diagnostic time could have been spent fixing other customers cars and he would have been paid for it. He took a loss to honor his word. Folks, this is a dying act of class. If you need an honest shop, then Bryant Automotive is the place.
I've used Bryant Automotive for years and they are always professional, courteous with incredibly quality work. Auto repairs are never fun, but with saying that, I do enjoy working with Bryant Automotive.
