Haven't been here in years. Pizza different in taste now. Use to be my favorite at Bruno's.
Bruno's has some of the best cheese pizza in the Newark area. Their lasagna (made with beef), to me, is the absolute best! The staff are always friendly.
The pizza is really good but it used to be better. Also, place is always very unclean. Shows what they think about their melanated customers.
Just lost a guaranteed order for at minimum 36 ppl/week. I called to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager available. I asked when they would be in because I wanted to make a large order, but I need to speak with a manager first.
Seconds later a gentleman was put on the phone (I can hear the man saying to someone in the store "there's a lady on the line who wants to place a large order but asked for the manager") "Hello, how can I help you?" Oh, you're the manager?? The person who answered the phone just said you weren't there. Speaks over me, "Yeah, how can I help you?" ....Nevermind, I will no longer be placing an order.
That interaction, means to me, that business with you will be problematic. I used to come to Bruno's all the time with my grandmother when we went to shop in Irvington Center. However, based on the reviews here and on other food delivery platforms, I wanted to speak with someone to discuss our agency needs. So I'll be looking for another local pizzeria to give this money to...
Pizza is delicious but they’re stingy on the cheese. Like there's barely any mozzarella on the pizza. ????????????????
Great service and employees ???? ???? ???? never had an issue in 7yrs any orders!
The food is okay however the person who answers the phone is rude and nasty on Friday it was a female.
Still as OK as when I was 11 years old. Best thin slices in the area.
